What IoT sensor networking and environmental monitoring does Emirtech deliver in Abu Dhabi?

Emirtech Technology is a systems integrator (ADMCC-approved for security systems) founded in 2018 and headquartered at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, delivering IoT sensor networking and environmental monitoring across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain commercial premises. We design, install and commission sensor estates for server-room environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, differential-pressure, water-leak rope and spot sensors, dry-contact inputs), cold-chain temperature monitoring for food and pharma cold rooms, freezers and walk-ins, facility energy submetering at distribution boards, occupancy and people-counting sensors for smart-office utilisation, indoor air-quality monitoring (CO2, PM2.5, VOC, formaldehyde) and water-leak detection for plant rooms and risers. Our hardware bench is brand-agnostic and includes AKCP sensorProbeX+ and securityProbe, APC NetBotz 250/450/750, Geist Watchdog 1200/15 and 2300, Vutlan VT range, Testo Saveris 2 data loggers, Vaisala HMP and viewLinc probes, Cisco Meraki MT10/MT11/MT12/MT14/MT15/MT20/MT30/MT40 wireless sensors, and LoRaWAN gateways on Kerlink, MikroTik and Multitech for long-range low-power telemetry. Cold-chain deployments are designed with reference to ADAFSA temperature-record expectations, though Emirtech is not an ADAFSA-accredited consultant and does not issue food-safety certificates. We are not a calibration laboratory and we do not issue NABL or EIAC-traceable calibration certificates — we install factory-calibrated probes and can schedule third-party recalibration on request. Coverage is restricted to Abu Dhabi Emirate and Al Ain; SIRA-regulated work in Dubai is delivered through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating or industrial OT/SCADA programmes for oil-and-gas process plants. Dashboards are delivered on the sensor vendor's native platform (Meraki Dashboard, AKCPro Server, NetBotz Advanced View, viewLinc) with email and SMS alerting; we do not write bespoke SCADA HMIs. Call +971 55 651 7843 or email [email protected] for a site survey.

Scope — what we deliver and explicitly do not

Environmental and IoT monitoring is a category where vendor marketing routinely overstates what an installer can promise. The bullets below state, in plain British/UAE English, what Emirtech delivers under this service line, what falls outside our scope, and the partner and regulator status we do and do not hold.

  • We deliver: design, supply, installation, commissioning and handover of IoT sensor networks covering server-room temperature, humidity, differential-pressure and water-leak detection, cold-chain temperature monitoring for food and pharma, facility energy submetering, occupancy sensing for smart-office, indoor air-quality and rooftop or perimeter LoRaWAN telemetry, with vendor-native dashboards, threshold-based email and SMS alerting and CSV audit exports.
  • We do not deliver: industrial OT or SCADA programmes for oil-and-gas, petrochemical, utility-grid or process-control environments; bespoke HMI development on Wonderware, AVEVA or Siemens WinCC; ATEX or hazardous-area instrumentation; food-safety or HACCP certification; NABL or EIAC-traceable calibration certificates; or 24/7 staffed monitoring from a security operations centre.
  • We are not: an Authorised Distributor, Master Partner, Gold Partner or Channel Partner of AKCP, APC by Schneider NetBotz, Vertiv Geist, Vutlan, Testo, Vaisala, Cisco Meraki, Sigfox or The Things Network. We hold no manufacturer credential of our own for residential automation. We are ADMCC-approved for regulated electronic security work in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
  • We are not affiliated with: ADAFSA, AKCP, APC NetBotz, Geist Watchdog, Vutlan, Testo, Vaisala, Cisco Meraki, Sigfox, The Things Network (LoRaWAN) or any specific IoT brand distributor in the UAE; brand names are used here for product identification only.
  • We do not hold SIRA registration (Dubai), ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS, PDPL certification, HIPAA Business Associate Agreement status, NIST 800-53 attestation or ISO 22301; we are not a UAE Cyber Council accredited consultancy and we are not a CREST or OSCP penetration-testing body.
  • Geographic scope for regulated electronic security and structured-cabling work is Abu Dhabi Emirate and Al Ain only; SIRA-regulated work in Dubai is delivered through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating; we do not take work in the Northern Emirates.

Where a requirement falls outside the boundaries above we will say so in writing during the survey and, where appropriate, suggest a specialist OT integrator, calibration laboratory or food-safety consultancy rather than overstate Emirtech scope.
