  • We are not: a chartered engineering consultancy, a Society of Engineers member firm, ADCD-certified for fire systems, or the distribution company. Our ADMCC approval covers security systems work only; it is not an electrical utility authorisation.

Can you rewire an older villa without gutting it?
Often yes. We assess what can be reused and what must be replaced, and stage the rewire room by room to keep parts of the villa live where the household needs it. Where concealment is difficult, we agree neat containment routes with you before starting rather than improvising.
Can you prepare my villa board for an EV charger and solar?
Yes. We upgrade the board with the required ways, RCD/RCBO protection and a Type 2 SPD, and we install the EV charger and prepare the board for solar, with any grid-export connection and approvals staying with the distribution company and a licensed solar contractor.

Do you provide a test sheet after the work?
Yes — a documented test sheet recording continuity, polarity, insulation resistance, earth-loop impedance and RCD trip-time results, plus a labelled circuit schedule and, where warranted, an updated single-line diagram.
Can you wire a standby generator changeover for my villa?
Yes. We install and wire the changeover — manual or automatic (ATS) — and a dedicated essential-load board so priority circuits (AC to key rooms, security, water pumps, essential lighting) stay live during an outage. We coordinate with the generator supplier; the generator set's own mechanical supply, exhaust and commissioning sit with that supplier, not with us.
