In short: Emirtech supplies, deploys, configures and manages Veeam Backup & Replication for finance, legal, healthcare, education and SMB organisations in Abu Dhabi, protecting virtual, physical and Microsoft 365 workloads with verified, recoverable backups and immutable repositories. It is an IT systems integrator, not a Veeam-authorised partner or certified reseller. A site survey or assessment comes first, then a written itemised quotation.

Data loss or an extended recovery window can be operationally catastrophic for Abu Dhabi organisations — whether a regulated financial firm on Al Maryah Island, a clinic holding patient records, a school managing student data, a legal practice in the CBD, or an SMB running critical workloads from a Mussafah or Khalifa City office. Veeam Backup & Replication addresses this by delivering agentless image-level backup for VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V virtual machines, purpose-built agents for physical Windows and Linux servers, and dedicated Microsoft 365 backup for Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive — all managed from a single console. Immutable backup repositories and SureBackup automated recovery verification mean that your data is not only copied, but confirmed restorable before a crisis occurs. Emirtech is an Abu Dhabi-based IT and security systems integrator (ADMCC-approved for security systems), operating from Mussafah since 2018, and can size, deploy and manage Veeam environments for businesses across the emirate — for example Masdar City tech tenants, KIZAD (Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi) manufacturers and Saadiyat-area hospitality and cultural organisations. Our team handles the full engagement: infrastructure assessment, Veeam licensing guidance, repository design (local, off-site and cloud), backup job configuration, SureBackup job creation, and ongoing monitoring to keep every recovery point within your defined RTOs and RPOs.
What we provide
Emirtech configures Veeam's agentless image-level backup for VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments — capturing VM snapshots incrementally, with application-aware processing for Exchange, SQL Server and Active Directory consistent recovery points.
For Windows and Linux physical servers, workstations and remote endpoints, we deploy and configure Veeam Agents — delivering the same incremental, reliable backup coverage as the virtualisation-level jobs, all managed from the central Veeam Backup & Replication console.
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 protects Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint Online sites, Teams data and OneDrive content — guarding against accidental deletion, ransomware and the gaps in Microsoft's own retention policies.
Emirtech sets up Veeam SureBackup virtual labs to automatically power on and test backed-up VMs in an isolated environment on a scheduled basis — confirming recoverability without manual effort and providing documented proof of backup integrity.
We architect backup repositories with immutability enabled — whether on Linux hardened repositories, on-premise object storage or off-site — so that ransomware and accidental deletion cannot alter or erase recovery points during the retention window.
Annual maintenance contracts covering Veeam console and agent updates, repository capacity reviews, backup job health checks, SureBackup test reports and priority incident response — so your backup environment stays current and your recovery points remain within agreed SLAs.
Abu Dhabi's business environment spans sectors where backup is not optional — ADGM-regulated financial entities with strict data governance requirements, healthcare providers handling confidential patient records under UAE health data rules, educational institutions managing staff and student data, and engineering or logistics firms in Mussafah and Khalifa Industrial Zone whose operations depend entirely on ERP, file and communication systems. A backup solution is only valuable if the data it holds can actually be recovered, quickly and completely. Veeam Backup & Replication is built around that principle: every job produces application-consistent, incrementally captured image backups, and SureBackup routinely proves they are bootable and restorable before a failure event forces you to find out.
Emirtech integrates Veeam into your wider server and IT infrastructure, ensuring backup traffic is routed correctly on your network, repositories are appropriately sized and physically or logically separated from production, and licensing covers every workload. Our involvement does not end at installation — we manage the environment, review retention policies as your data volumes grow, and respond to alerts so backup failures are caught and remediated before they compound.
