Emirtech Technology is an electronic security and IT integrator (ADMCC-approved for security systems) based at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, founded in 2018, delivering hospitality F&B IT for restaurants, cafes, QSR outlets, cloud kitchens and bakeries across the Abu Dhabi Emirate. We commercially install and configure POS platforms including Foodics, Lightspeed and Loyverse through authorised UAE channels, with menu engineering, modifier groups, table mapping, split-bill workflows, AED currency rounding, 5% VAT configuration, service charge logic and integration with payment terminals from local acquiring banks. We deploy kitchen display systems (KDS) with order routing by station (cold, hot, grill, pastry, beverage), course firing, prep-time tracking and expo screens, plus printer fallback to thermal kitchen printers when network drops. Our kitchen network work covers IP65-rated access points and readers for oily, humid and washdown zones, food-safe cable routing, sealed enclosures, dedicated VLANs separating POS, KDS, CCTV, guest WiFi and back-office, and UPS protection for tills and routers. Guest WiFi ships with a branded captive portal, SMS or email registration, time-bound sessions and bandwidth shaping so streaming guests do not starve POS uplinks. CCTV coverage addresses kitchen safety (slip, burn, hygiene), customer dining areas, cashier overhead views and back-of-house deliveries, with retention aligned to ADMCC requirements. Biometric time-attendance handles shift workers, split shifts and multi-outlet rostering, with multi-language staff UI in Tagalog, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam and Arabic. Scope — what we deliver and explicitly do not
Hospitality IT failures are public — a frozen till at peak service is visible to every guest in the room. We are explicit about what Emirtech delivers, what we do not, and which credentials we do not hold, so you can plan procurement honestly.
- We deliver: commercial install and configuration of POS (Foodics, Lightspeed, Loyverse), KDS, kitchen-grade networking, guest WiFi with captive portal, CCTV, biometric time-attendance, UPS protection and multi-language staff UI for Abu Dhabi F&B venues.
- We do not deliver: Halal certification issuance, ADAFSA food-safety certification issuance, payment-acquiring services, POS software development, menu photography or third-party delivery aggregator commercial contracts (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem) — we only configure the technical integration where the brand permits.
- We are not: a Channel Partner or Authorised Distributor of Foodics, Square, Lightspeed, Loyverse, ADAFSA-listed equipment brands or any F&B IT manufacturer. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own.

- Geographic scope for ADMCC-regulated CCTV and electronic security work is Abu Dhabi Emirate only — in Dubai, CCTV, alarm and access control are delivered through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating.

No. Emirtech is not a Channel Partner or Authorised Distributor of Foodics, Square, Lightspeed, Loyverse or any F&B POS brand. We commercially install and configure these platforms through authorised UAE channels. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own.
Can you handle a multi-outlet rollout across Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We deliver consistent POS, KDS, network and CCTV builds across multiple sites — Corniche, Yas, Al Wahda, Reem, Khalifa City, Mussafah cloud kitchens and hotel F&B floors — with standardised VLAN design, naming conventions, documented handover packs and a single accountable contact per phase.
Do you support multi-language staff UI for kitchen and floor teams?
Yes. We configure POS and KDS interfaces in Tagalog, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam and Arabic alongside English, so cooks and floor staff read order tickets in their working language. Availability of each language depends on the POS brand's localisation.
Can you configure Ramadan and Eid operational modes?
Yes. We set up POS profiles for Iftar and Suhoor menus, extended late-night service windows, Eid promotional pricing and daypart switching. Mode switching is one tap from the manager terminal.
Do you handle ADAFSA Halal-compliance certification?
No. ADAFSA food-safety approvals are issued by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, and Halal certification by the competent Halal certification bodies, not by Emirtech. We configure CCTV coverage, access logs and storage retention that support your ADAFSA inspection workflow, but we do not issue certification and we are not affiliated with ADAFSA.
