- We do not deliver directly: SIRA-regulated commercial CCTV in Dubai (delivered through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating); Crystal Lagoons' lagoon maintenance or water-treatment systems (outside our scope entirely); DEWA-licensed electrical work as a separate scope.

- Service from Mussafah: site visits are arranged in advance, and AMC visits and response terms are agreed in the AMC contract.

Yes. Retrofit projects in finished villas are designed to minimise wall, ceiling and landscaping disruption — cable routing planned around existing decoration, wireless Control4 components where appropriate, and full restoration as part of handover.
How long does a full District One villa Control4 project take?
The programme depends on the villa's size, whether it is a new build or a retrofit, and the scope agreed — survey, design, cabling, hardware installation, programming, commissioning and handover. Pre-handover (new-build) projects designed alongside construction can be faster; lagoon-frontage retrofits can take longer.
