Typical scope includes ADMCC-approved CCTV across production kitchen, prep stations, packing line, dispatch bay and cold storage, with food-safety camera angles agreed with your HACCP lead; biometric stockroom access for chefs and storekeepers; kitchen Wi-Fi 6 tuned for moisture, stainless steel and high device density; structured cabling for tablets at prep counters and at dispatch; an IP-PBX for the customer-service team handling enquiries and event bookings; multi-shift biometric attendance for kitchen, packing and event-day staff; and Microsoft 365, EDR, FortiGate firewalling and backup for the office network running your order-management software. For refrigerated transport vans, we deliver the network and CCTV recording infrastructure at base, integrate with your existing GPS-tracking platform where the API allows, but we do not sell or fit the vehicle GPS units ourselves. Scope — what we deliver and explicitly do not
Catering companies sit between a regulated food environment and a busy commercial operation. Our role is the IT and low-current stack — clearly defined so your food-safety, licensing and HACCP responsibilities stay with the right teams.
- We deliver: ADMCC-approved CCTV across kitchen, packing, dispatch and cold storage; biometric stockroom and cold-room access; Wi-Fi 6; structured cabling; IP-PBX; multi-shift attendance; FortiGate, M365, EDR and backup for the office network running your order-management software.
- We do not deliver: ADAFSA food licensing, HACCP certification, recipe or menu design, food production, refrigerated-van GPS tracking hardware, hotel-style banqueting management software, or DCT event-catering certification.
- We are not: ADAFSA licensed, DCT-Abu Dhabi certified, SIRA approved (Dubai), or ISO 27001 / NESA / ADHICS / PDPL certified. Our recognised credentials are ADMCC approval for security systems work in Abu Dhabi (security systems only) and an Control4 installer appointment.
- We are not affiliated with: ADAFSA, the Department of Culture & Tourism Abu Dhabi (DCT), Hilton Catering, Marriott Catering, Rotana Catering, or any specific catering company or hotel-catering chain.

Are you an ADAFSA-licensed or DCT-certified catering operator?
No. Emirtech is an IT contractor and ADMCC-approved installer for security systems founded in 2018, based at Mussafah M44. We are not ADAFSA licensed, not DCT-Abu Dhabi certified for event catering, and not affiliated with ADAFSA, DCT or any specific catering brand. Food licensing, HACCP and operator responsibilities remain with your business.
Can you design CCTV that supports our HACCP and food-safety audits?
Yes. We design ADMCC-approved CCTV layouts covering prep, cooking, packing, dispatch and cold storage, with camera angles, retention periods and access controls agreed with your HACCP lead. We provide the recording and access platform; HACCP compliance and audit sign-off remain with your food-safety team.
Do you handle GPS tracking for refrigerated transport vans?
No. We deliver the base-side network, depot CCTV and recording infrastructure for refrigerated transport. Where your existing GPS-tracking platform exposes an API, we can integrate alerts with your dashboards. We do not sell or install vehicle GPS units, and we are not a fleet-tracking provider.
What do you provide for event-day operations at venues?
Temporary site Wi-Fi, mobile POS connectivity, radio or push-to-talk handsets where needed, and engineer attendance on the day, agreed in advance, for high-profile weddings and corporate events in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. We do not manage food service, staffing rotas or venue licensing — that remains with your operations team.

Yes. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are our priority areas, and in Dubai: IT AMC and time attendance by scheduled on-site visits, gate barriers, ANPR, video intercoms and turnstiles by Emirtech itself, and CCTV, alarm and access control through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating.
