How we work on waterfront residences
Private site visit with the homeowner, interior designer or project manager to walk the villa or apartment, agree priorities and identify cabling routes that respect finishes, sightlines and the corniche outlook.
Cabling, racks, speakers, keypads and cameras laid out against the architect's and designer's drawings so trims, ceilings and stonework are not compromised on Al Bateen and Al Ras Al Akhdar villas.
