Scope — what we deliver and explicitly do not
Al Manhal and Al Karamah are established Abu Dhabi Island residential districts with traditional villas, family compounds and Khalidiyah-adjacent apartment blocks. The scope below is what Emirtech will and will not take on for residential homes in these communities, and the affiliations we want owners to know we do not hold.
- We deliver: Control4 smart-home integration, ADMCC-approved residential CCTV with privacy-respect zoning, Cat6A structured cabling, Wi-Fi 6/6E mesh, biometric and card-based villa access, IP video intercom, home cinema rooms and written commissioning packs and manufacturer warranty documents for Al Manhal and Al Karamah villas and Khalidiyah-adjacent apartments.
- We do not deliver: 24/7 alarm monitoring, SIRA-licensed guarding, ADCD-certified fire-alarm design, gas-suppression certification, civil-defence approvals, cyber-insurance underwriting, ADHICS or PDPL certification of personal data, district-cooling or chilled-water mechanical works, lift maintenance, or any service in Sharjah or the Northern Emirates.
- We are not: SIRA-licensed, ISO 27001 certified, NESA, ADHICS or PDPL certified, ADCD fire-alarm certified, DoH, ADEK, ADAFSA, DCT or Abu Dhabi Mobility (formerly ITC) licensed, and we are not a 24/7 security operations centre operator. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own, and our only regulator-style approval is ADMCC for CCTV and security-system installation.

- Every proposal is written, itemised and signed before any cabling, drilling or programming begins in a villa.
- Warranty terms on workmanship and hardware are stated in writing per project and are not implied verbally on site.
- Post-handover health checks, firmware updates and scene revisions are scoped as a separate service contract rather than included indefinitely in the original installation price.
If an Al Manhal or Al Karamah requirement falls outside this scope — for example, certified fire-alarm design, 24/7 monitored guarding or SIRA-regulated work in Dubai — we will say so up front and decline the line item rather than sub-let it to a third party.

Which smart-home platform do you install in Al Manhal and Al Karamah villas?
Control4 only. We are a Control4 installer working with a third-party authorised dealer and that is the only smart-home platform we design and programme. We do not assemble smart-home villas from unauthorised distributor stock or from smart-home brands we are not formally authorised to support.
How do you handle CCTV privacy on tight Al Karamah villa plots?
Camera angles, retention windows and access logs are agreed in writing with the villa owner before installation. We frame coverage on the owner's plot, gate, driveway and roof line. Neighbouring villa boundaries, shared walkways and community access roads are excluded unless the owner has a written reason and right to record them.
