How do we configure Abu Dhabi Police coordination procedures for ADMCC-regulated sites?

Emirtech Technology is an ADMCC-approved electronic security contractor founded in 2018, based at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, delivering installation and configuration of technical systems that align with Abu Dhabi Police coordination procedures across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Our scope covers these workflows: (a) ADMCC central station signalling — alarm panels configured to transmit verified signals to a monitoring-station operator approved by the relevant authority, which handles any Police dispatch under its own procedure (Police are not signalled directly by the panel); (b) CCTV footage subpoena workflow — recorders configured with documented retention windows, time-sync to a UAE reference, hashed export folders and an evidence-handover procedure for Police investigation requests; (c) incident reporting — site procedure templates linking criminal-incident detection to Police notification and customer notification, with logged timestamps; (d) special-events coordination — temporary camera positions, perimeter sensor sensitivity, and access-control overrides configured for VIP visits, conferences and exhibitions where Police coordination is required; (e) emergency response — panic button and duress paths wired to an ADMCC central station rather than ad-hoc dialler routes. ADMCC central station operation itself is provided by an Monitoring-station operator approved by the relevant authority partner — Emirtech does not operate a 24/7 monitoring centre. Police coordination, briefings and subpoena responses are the customer's and Police's direct scope; we configure the technical evidence trail that supports them. Honestly stated: we are not a UAE Police-licensed entity, not a 24/7 ADMCC central station operator, not a Ministry of Interior endorsed contractor, and not affiliated with Abu Dhabi Police, the UAE Ministry of Interior, or specific central-station operators. We work only within Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for ADMCC-regulated electronic security work. Biometric data on access-control readers is treated as sensitive personal data under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE PDPL) with on-device template storage and encrypted transmission. To scope a Police-coordination-ready electronic security package for your Abu Dhabi or Al Ain site, call +971 55 651 7843 or email [email protected].

Coordination workflows we configure

Four Police-coordination workflows for ADMCC-regulated sites

ADMCC central station signalling

Configure alarm panels and communicators to transmit verified signals to a monitoring-station operator approved by the relevant authority, which then handles any Police dispatch under its own procedure. Path tested, account codes registered and signalling supervision enabled.

CCTV footage subpoena workflow

Configure recorders with documented retention, NTP time-sync, hashed export folders, evidence-bag labelling and a written hand-over procedure so Police investigation requests for CCTV footage can be handled with a documented chain of custody.

Incident reporting procedure

Site procedure templates linking detection events to Police notification and customer notification, with logged timestamps. Operators are briefed on which incidents escalate to Police directly versus via the central station.

Special events and panic response

Temporary camera positions, perimeter sensitivity, access-control overrides and panic-button paths configured for VIP visits, exhibitions and duress events that require Abu Dhabi Police coordination on the day.

Police-coordination implementation scope — Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

Coordination-ready packages are scoped to your site after a walk-through with the security manager and a check of the existing ADMCC central station contract. Why Emirtech for AD Police coordination

Four reasons ADMCC-regulated sites choose us

ADMCC-approved, configured to your central station

ADMCC-approved contractor since 2018. We configure the signalling path to the monitoring-station operator the customer has contracted, and test it end to end before handover.

Evidence-grade CCTV configuration

CCTV systems commissioned with NTP time-sync, documented retention, hashed export, and a written chain-of-custody procedure to support a clear chain of custody when Police request footage.

Mussafah base and Abu Dhabi-only focus

Engineering team based at M44 Mussafah Industrial Area, working across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Site visits, special-event preparation and post-incident review are available on request.

Honest scope, no regulator overclaim

Install and configuration scope only. We do not operate the central station, we do not coordinate with Police on the customer's behalf, and we do not claim Ministry of Interior endorsement. Clear contracts, clear limits.

Scope — what we deliver and explicitly do not

Abu Dhabi Police coordination procedure work involves technical configuration, central station operation and Police engagement — Emirtech's role is the technical configuration layer only. The boundaries below are the contract.

  • We deliver: install and configuration of alarm panels, communicators, CCTV recorders, panic buttons and access-control elements compatible with Abu Dhabi Police coordination procedures, plus written incident-reporting and footage-subpoena templates.
  • We do not deliver: 24/7 central station monitoring, direct Police dispatch services, criminal investigation, or operating the customer's site security operations centre.
  • We are not: a UAE Police-licensed entity, a UAE Ministry of Interior endorsed contractor, a central-station operator, or a 24/7 SOC operator.
  • We are not affiliated with: Abu Dhabi Police, the UAE Ministry of Interior, specific central-station operators, or authorised police-coordination distributors in UAE.
  • Geographic scope is Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for ADMCC-regulated electronic security work; SIRA-regulated work in Dubai is delivered through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating, and we do not work in the Northern Emirates.
  • Biometric template data used in access-control coordination is treated as sensitive personal data under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE PDPL).
  • Central station signalling routes through a monitoring-station operator approved by the relevant authority under the customer's separate monitoring contract; Emirtech does not hold that contract.
  • We hold no manufacturer credential of our own; we install and configure other brands via authorised UAE channels rather than as a Channel Partner.

Where a customer needs central station operation, Police-side coordination, or criminal investigation, we will refer to a monitoring-station operator approved by the relevant authority and to Abu Dhabi Police directly. Our deliverable stops at the technical configuration and the documented procedure templates.

Common questions

FAQs

Are you an Abu Dhabi Police or Ministry of Interior licensed contractor?

No. Emirtech is an ADMCC-approved electronic security contractor. We are not a UAE Police-licensed entity, not a UAE Ministry of Interior endorsed contractor, and not affiliated with Abu Dhabi Police, the UAE Ministry of Interior, or specific central-station operators. We install and configure technical systems compatible with Police coordination procedures; Police engagement is the customer's and Police's direct scope.

Does your alarm system signal Abu Dhabi Police directly?

No. Alarm signals route to a monitoring-station operator approved by the relevant authority — Emirtech configures the panel and signalling path to that operator's receiver; any dispatch to Police is the operator's arrangement. We do not operate a central station and we do not signal Police directly.

How do you support a Police CCTV footage subpoena request?

We commission CCTV recorders with documented retention, NTP time-sync to a UAE reference, hashed export folders, evidence-bag labelling and a written hand-over procedure. When Police request footage, the customer's security manager follows the documented procedure and exports the footage with chain-of-custody intact. Emirtech can assist on a service-call basis but does not respond to subpoenas on the customer's behalf.

Can you arrange Police presence for VIP visits or exhibitions on our site?

No. Police coordination for VIP visits, conferences and exhibitions is the customer's responsibility, typically via the event security committee or directly with Abu Dhabi Police. We configure the technical side — temporary cameras, perimeter sensors, access overrides and panic paths — to match the day's plan.

Do you work outside Abu Dhabi and Al Ain?

No. Our ADMCC-regulated electronic security work is limited to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. For sites in Dubai, Sharjah or other emirates we do not provide Police-coordination electronic security work.

How do I get a quote for Police-coordination-ready electronic security?

Call +971 55 651 7843, email [email protected], or request a free Police-coordination consultation. We will arrange a Mussafah-based engineer to walk your site, review your existing ADMCC central station contract and propose configuration and procedure templates.
