Honest Scope
Who installs Uniview CCTV systems in Abu Dhabi?
Emirtech Technology is an ADMCC-approved security integrator founded in 2018, operating from M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, and delivering Uniview (UNV) IP CCTV installation across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Emirtech installs Uniview commercially via authorised UAE channels — we are NOT a Uniview Authorised Distributor, Master Partner or tier-1 reseller. Our engineers work with the UNV portfolio: IPC Easy, Prime and Pro series bullet, dome, turret and PTZ cameras; LightHunter low-light models for car parks, perimeters and warehouse aisles; NVR301/501 series for small sites, NVR302/502 series for mid-sized buildings, and NVR304/504 series for larger installations (four hard-disk bays per unit, with eight-bay models where more storage is needed). We size and configure storage for ADMCC retention requirements, deploy PoE switches with appropriate budgets for each camera load, and commission EZStation client software for live view and playback, EZView for mobile access, and EZTools for batch device configuration and firmware management. Typical scope covers villas, warehouses in Mussafah and ICAD, retail showrooms on Hamdan and Electra, clinics, schools, offices in the Corniche district and labour accommodations across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. We handle cable infrastructure (Cat6/Cat6A), containment, camera positioning surveys against the actual coverage need, NVR rack mounting, RAID configuration where applicable, remote-access setup with proper port hardening, motion and line-crossing analytics tuning, and operator handover. We are NOT a SIRA-approved Dubai integrator, NOT an ISO 27001 certified body, and do NOT operate a 24/7 SOC. What we install and configure
NVR Recorder Sizing
NVR301/501 for small sites, NVR302/502 for mid-sized buildings, NVR304/504 for larger installations (four HDD bays per unit; eight-bay models where more storage is needed). Storage sized for ADMCC retention and configured with RAID where the deployment justifies it.
PoE Switches and Cabling
Cat6 and Cat6A structured cabling, PoE switches sized per camera wattage, surge protection at outdoor camera points, and containment routed to keep cable runs within IP-CCTV distance limits.
EZStation, EZView, EZTools
EZStation client for live view and playback on operator workstations, EZView mobile app for remote access with hardened credentials, and EZTools for batch firmware updates and device configuration across the fleet.
Scoping a Uniview CCTV project in Abu Dhabi
Every Uniview deployment begins with a site survey that walks the actual coverage need camera by camera — entry points, blind spots, lighting conditions, retention requirements and operator workflow — before any model selection. We then issue a transparent proposal listing UNV part numbers, NVR storage configuration, switch capacity, cable lengths and labour. Call +971 55 651 7843 or request a free Uniview CCTV consultation.

Scope — what we deliver and explicitly do not
Emirtech operates a single Abu Dhabi office at Mussafah M44 with a small, accountable engineering team. We publish our Uniview scope plainly so clients can compare proposals honestly and avoid integrators who imply credentials they do not hold.
- We deliver: Uniview (UNV) IPC camera installation (Easy / Prime / Pro / LightHunter), NVR301/501/302/502/304/504 sizing and configuration, PoE switch deployment, Cat6/Cat6A structured cabling, EZStation / EZView / EZTools commissioning, analytics tuning, and ADMCC-aligned retention setup across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
- We do not deliver: SIRA-scope CCTV work in Dubai, ADCD-certified fire alarm projects, 24/7 monitored SOC services, ISO 27001 audits, or any form of compliance certification.
- We are not: a Uniview Authorised Distributor, Uniview Master Partner, Uniview tier-1 reseller, Uniview Middle East channel partner, Hikvision / Dahua / Axis / Bosch / Honeywell partner of any tier, or a SIRA-approved integrator in Dubai.
- We are not affiliated with: Zhejiang Uniview Technologies, Uniview Middle East, Uniview tier-1 partners in UAE, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch or Honeywell.
- We disclose part numbers, switch capacity and storage maths in writing before installation begins.
- We use authorised UAE distribution channels for all UNV hardware and provide original purchase documentation on request.
- Our installation team operates from a single Abu Dhabi office at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area — no subcontracted labour pools.
- If a requirement falls outside our scope, we say so in writing and refer the client to a more appropriate provider.
This positioning is deliberate. Honest scope is the only reliable basis for a long-term security relationship in Abu Dhabi.
Common questions
FAQs
Is Emirtech a Uniview Authorised Distributor or tier-1 partner?
No. Emirtech installs Uniview commercially via authorised UAE distribution channels — we are NOT a Uniview Authorised Distributor, Uniview Master Partner, Uniview Middle East channel partner or tier-1 reseller. We provide field installation, configuration and service; we do not represent ourselves as a Uniview channel entity.
Which Uniview camera and NVR models do you typically install?
We deploy the IPC Easy, Prime and Pro series in bullet, dome, turret and PTZ form factors, plus LightHunter low-light variants where lighting is poor. Recorders are NVR301/501 for small sites, NVR302/502 for mid-sized buildings and NVR304/504 for larger installations (four HDD bays per unit; eight-bay models where more storage is needed). Model selection follows the site survey, not a fixed bundle.
Do you cover Dubai for Uniview CCTV installations?
Our regulated electronic security scope, including CCTV under ADMCC alignment, is Abu Dhabi and Al Ain only. In Dubai, CCTV, alarm and access control are delivered through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating. For non-regulated IT, networking and Control4 work we can also travel to Dubai.
How long does a typical Uniview installation take?
Duration depends on camera count, cable run complexity and containment work: a small villa or office is a short job, while a larger warehouse or retail site takes longer. We give a written schedule with the proposal.
Can you integrate Uniview with our existing access control or network?
Yes within reasonable scope. We integrate Uniview NVRs with existing PoE switches and VLANs, configure remote access through hardened firewall rules, and where compatible we link Uniview events to access-control platforms via ONVIF or supported APIs. We document the integration boundary clearly in the proposal.
How do I request a Uniview CCTV quotation from Emirtech?
Call +971 55 651 7843, email [email protected], or use the quotation form on this site. We will arrange a free site survey at your Abu Dhabi or Al Ain premises and issue a written proposal with UNV part numbers, NVR storage maths, switch capacity and labour itemised.
