What does Emirtech deliver for SaaS app integration and SSO setup in Abu Dhabi?

Emirtech Technology is an integrator (ADMCC-approved for security systems) founded in 2018, based at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, delivering SaaS application integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) setup across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Phone +971 55 651 7843 for a scoped quotation. We connect business SaaS platforms — Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Asana, Monday.com, Jira/Confluence, Notion, Box, Dropbox Business, ZoomInfo, Stripe, Mailchimp and Adobe Creative Cloud — to your corporate identity provider using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SCIM 2.0 automated user provisioning. Supported identity providers include Microsoft Entra ID (M365), Okta, Google Workspace and OneLogin. Typical scope covers tenant audit, IdP-side enterprise application registration, signing certificate exchange, attribute and claim mapping, group-based assignment, SCIM token issuance and lifecycle automation so that joiners are provisioned and leavers are de-provisioned across every connected SaaS app from one console. We document conditional access rules, MFA enforcement, session policies, role-to-group mapping and break-glass admin accounts, then validate sign-in flows on desktop and mobile before handover. Honest positioning: Emirtech is not a Microsoft Solutions Partner with specialised designations, not a Microsoft FastTrack-Ready Partner, not a Google Cloud or Google Workspace Premier Partner, and not an Okta-certified consulting partner, Salesforce Consulting Partner, HubSpot Solutions Partner or Atlassian Solution Partner. We hold no SaaS-vendor implementation tier — we configure SSO and SCIM connectors via documented, vendor-published integration patterns through authorised UAE commercial channels. We do not develop custom SaaS applications, do not write business logic inside Salesforce or HubSpot, do not migrate data between SaaS tenants and do not operate a 24/7 Security Operations Centre. We hold no SIRA (Dubai), ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS or PDPL certification. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are our priority areas, and in Dubai: IT AMC and time attendance by scheduled on-site visits, gate barriers, ANPR, video intercoms and turnstiles by Emirtech itself, and CCTV, alarm and access control through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating; we do not mobilise to Sharjah or the Northern Emirates. Core SaaS SSO capabilities

SAML, OIDC and SCIM across your SaaS estate

SAML 2.0 SSO configuration

Enterprise application registration, signing certificate exchange, entity ID and ACS URL mapping, NameID format selection and attribute claims for Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Box, Dropbox Business and other SAML-capable SaaS platforms.

OpenID Connect (OIDC)

OIDC client registration with authorisation code flow, PKCE, redirect URI allow-lists, scope and claim mapping for modern SaaS apps including Notion, Asana, Monday.com and Atlassian cloud products via Entra ID or Okta.

SCIM 2.0 provisioning

Automated joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle through SCIM connectors — user creation, attribute sync, group-to-role mapping, de-provisioning on offboarding for Slack, Zoom, Box, Salesforce and other SCIM-supported apps.

Identity provider integration

IdP-side configuration on Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace and OneLogin — enterprise app gallery setup, conditional access, MFA enforcement, session controls and break-glass administrator accounts.

A documented SaaS SSO rollout, app by app

We start by inventorying every SaaS subscription, mapping each app to its supported protocol (SAML, OIDC or SCIM), checking licensing prerequisites and then rolling out SSO in waves with pilot groups before company-wide cutover. To scope your environment, call +971 55 651 7843 or request a free SaaS SSO consultation.

  • SaaS application inventory and licence tier review (SAML/SCIM eligibility per vendor)
  • Identity provider selection — Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace or OneLogin
  • Enterprise application registration on the IdP for each in-scope SaaS app
  • SAML signing certificate generation, exchange and expiry tracking
  • OIDC client ID / secret issuance and redirect URI allow-listing
  • Attribute and claim mapping (email, UPN, given name, surname, groups, custom claims)
  • SCIM 2.0 endpoint URL, bearer token and group-push configuration
  • Conditional access, MFA and session lifetime policies per app
  • Group-based application assignment and role-to-group mapping
  • Pilot user testing on desktop browsers and iOS/Android mobile apps
  • Just-in-time provisioning vs SCIM provisioning decision per app
  • Handover documentation with break-glass admin accounts and rollback steps

Operational deliverables

Beyond initial setup — what we hand over

Lifecycle automation

Joiner-mover-leaver workflows so new staff receive SaaS app access automatically from HR-driven IdP groups and leavers are de-provisioned across every connected app at offboarding, removing orphaned licences and reducing leaver-risk windows.

Conditional access policies

Risk-based access rules per SaaS app — device compliance, trusted locations, sign-in risk, session controls and MFA prompts configured on Entra ID Conditional Access, Okta Sign-on Policies or Google Context-Aware Access.

Certificate and secret rotation

Documented expiry calendar for SAML signing certificates, OIDC client secrets and SCIM bearer tokens, with rotation runbooks so SSO does not break silently when a credential reaches end of life.

Admin handover and training

Operations manual covering IdP enterprise app inventory, attribute mappings, group memberships, troubleshooting steps for common SAML and SCIM errors, plus a one-hour walkthrough for your internal IT lead.

Scope — what we deliver and explicitly do not

SaaS SSO projects fail when scope is unclear. Emirtech publishes its boundaries upfront so you know which work we own, which work belongs to the SaaS vendor and which work requires an in-house developer or specialised consulting partner.

  • We deliver: SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO configuration on Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace and OneLogin for supported SaaS apps; SCIM 2.0 automated provisioning; group-based access assignment; conditional access and MFA enforcement; certificate and secret rotation runbooks; pilot testing and documented handover across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
  • We do not deliver: custom SaaS application development; Apex, Lightning, Flow or Process Builder work inside Salesforce; HubSpot workflow or CMS development; Atlassian Forge app development; SaaS-to-SaaS data migration; bespoke iPaaS integrations on Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier or Make; SIEM ingestion engineering; 24/7 SOC monitoring; service in Sharjah or the Northern Emirates.
  • We are not: a Microsoft Solutions Partner with specialised designations, a Microsoft FastTrack-Ready Partner, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Partner, a Google Cloud or Google Workspace Premier Partner, an Okta-certified Consulting Partner, a Salesforce Consulting Partner, a HubSpot Solutions Partner or an Atlassian Solution Partner. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own, which does not apply to SaaS integration.
  • We are not affiliated with: Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack (Salesforce), Asana, Monday.com, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Notion, Box, Dropbox, Stripe, Xero, Intuit (QuickBooks), Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Okta, OneLogin or any specific SaaS vendor or identity provider — we integrate their published SSO and SCIM endpoints through authorised UAE commercial channels.
  • We hold no SIRA (Dubai), ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS or PDPL certification, and we do not operate a 24/7 Security Operations Centre.
  • Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are our priority areas, and in Dubai: IT AMC and time attendance by scheduled on-site visits, gate barriers, ANPR, video intercoms and turnstiles by Emirtech itself, and CCTV, alarm and access control through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating; we do not mobilise to Sharjah or the Northern Emirates.
  • Licensing prerequisites (for example Entra ID P1/P2 for SCIM, Okta Lifecycle Management, Workspace Enterprise tiers) are procured by the client or via an authorised reseller — we confirm tier requirements during scoping, we do not resell IdP subscriptions.

Where work falls outside our scope — for example, deep Salesforce customisation or a bespoke iPaaS build — we will say so during scoping and recommend you engage a vendor-tier specialist alongside our SSO rollout.

Common questions

FAQs

Are you an Okta, Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft authorised partner for SaaS implementation?

No. Emirtech is not an Okta-certified Consulting Partner, Salesforce Consulting Partner, HubSpot Solutions Partner, Atlassian Solution Partner, Microsoft Solutions Partner with specialised designations, Microsoft FastTrack-Ready Partner or Google Workspace Premier Partner. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own. We configure SAML, OIDC and SCIM SSO using vendor-published integration documentation through authorised UAE commercial channels.

Which SaaS apps can you connect to SSO?

Any SaaS app that publishes SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect or SCIM 2.0 endpoints — including Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Box, Dropbox Business, Zoom, ZoomInfo, Stripe, Mailchimp and Adobe Creative Cloud. Some apps require specific licence tiers (for example Slack Business+ for SAML SSO) — we confirm prerequisites per app during scoping.

Which identity providers do you support?

Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) on Microsoft 365 tenants, Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, Google Workspace SSO and OneLogin. We do not implement custom-built identity providers or legacy on-premises ADFS rebuilds — for hybrid scenarios we recommend Microsoft Entra Connect with your existing on-prem Active Directory.

What is SCIM and do I need it?

SCIM 2.0 (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is an open protocol that lets your IdP automatically create, update and disable user accounts in connected SaaS apps. It is recommended when you have more than around 25 users or frequent joiners and leavers — it removes manual account creation, prevents orphaned licences and ensures leavers lose access promptly. Not every SaaS plan supports SCIM; we confirm eligibility per app.

Do you migrate data between SaaS tenants or develop custom integrations?

No. We do not perform SaaS-to-SaaS data migrations (for example Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 mailbox migration, or Salesforce org-to-org data export), and we do not develop bespoke integrations on iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier or Make. Our scope is identity-layer integration — SAML, OIDC and SCIM — not application data or workflow engineering.
