Emirtech Technology is an electronic security and low-current contractor (ADMCC-approved for security systems only) based at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, operating since 2018. We install, configure, and commission Realtime biometric time attendance terminals across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for SMB offices, retail outlets, restaurants, small clinics, and education centres that need a dependable, cost-conscious attendance platform. Models we can supply and install include the Realtime T501F, T501C, T52, RS9 and T303F; credential types (fingerprint, face, RFID card, password), template capacity and connectivity (USB, TCP/IP, WiFi) vary by model and are confirmed against the manufacturer's datasheet before quotation. Software side we configure the Realtime web interface and, where the terminal supports it, eSSL eTimeTrackLite for shift definitions, late/early policies, leave registers, payroll export, and CSV/Excel reporting. Suitable projects include 10-100 employee sites where you need quick clock-in at the door, accurate logs, and a sensible price point without enterprise-server overhead. We are an install and configuration contractor — we are not a Realtime Authorised Reseller or Distributor, not affiliated with Realtime Biometrics India, ESSL, or ZKTeco, and we do not represent ourselves as a manufacturer channel partner. Hardware is procured through authorised UAE supply channels. Biometric template data is sensitive personal data under UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021); we configure on-device template storage where supported, encrypted TCP/IP transmission where the model supports it, and reasonable retention defaults, but we are not a PDPL-certified consultancy. Our ADMCC approval covers security systems and does not extend to time attendance; site work is delivered in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain only, and we do not undertake ADMCC-regulated electronic security work outside that geographic scope. No. Emirtech is not a Realtime Authorised Reseller, Authorised Distributor, or Channel Partner. We install and configure Realtime biometric terminals commercially through authorised UAE supply channels. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own; for Realtime, ESSL, ZKTeco, and similar brands we are an install-and-configure contractor only.
Models we can supply include the T501F and T501C fingerprint terminals for entry-level offices, the T52 and RS9 where more credential options are wanted (confirmed against the datasheet), and T303F compact fingerprint units for small retail outlets. We size the model to headcount, shift pattern, and mounting environment during the free site survey.
Realtime, ESSL, and ZKTeco are comparable cost-conscious attendance brands that behave similarly on day-to-day attendance use, while software and model features differ by product. We will give you an honest model recommendation during the survey rather than pushing one brand.
Biometric template data is sensitive personal data under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). It can be processed for attendance where a valid legal basis, notice and security controls are in place; confirm the basis with your legal adviser. We configure on-device template storage where supported, encrypted TCP/IP transmission where the model supports it, and retention defaults — but we are not a PDPL-certified consultancy and you remain the data controller responsible for legal compliance.
Time attendance: yes. HR-facing Realtime attendance terminals and software can be taken in Dubai through scheduled on-site visits from Emirtech's Abu Dhabi base (there is no Dubai office; visit arrangements are agreed in the written quotation). Access control: no. Access control in Dubai is SIRA-regulated and Emirtech does not hold a SIRA licence, so it is delivered through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating.
