Our hands-on scope covers Alletra 9000 (highest-performance all-flash NVMe for tier-0 workloads), Alletra 6000 (mid-range NVMe — the modern replacement for Nimble AF Series), Alletra 5000 (hybrid flash for general-purpose workloads), Alletra MP (modular all-flash with built-in data services and disaggregated scale), and Alletra dHCI (disaggregated hyperconverged combining Alletra storage with ProLiant compute and Aruba networking). We migrate existing Nimble AF/HF Series customers onto Alletra 6000 platforms, enable InfoSight AIOps predictive analytics, and configure HPE GreenLake consumption-based subscriptions where the commercial model fits. Honest positioning: Emirtech is not an HPE Platinum or Gold partner, not an HPE Authorised Distributor, and not affiliated with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HPE Middle East, Pure Storage, NetApp, Dell EMC PowerStore or IBM FlashSystem. We are a UAE installation and integration contractor for HPE primary storage platforms; warranty, firmware entitlement and InfoSight subscriptions sit with HPE and its authorised channel. Our ADMCC approval covers security systems only, not storage or other IT work, and we act as the Control4 installer only — we hold no manufacturer credential of our own. We do not hold SIRA (Dubai), ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS or PDPL certification, and we are not a 24/7 SOC operator. InfoSight provides predictive analytics and HPE Pointnext handles support contracts. We do not operate a 24/7 SOC and do not provide round-the-clock storage operations as a standalone service.

We perform deployment, configuration and operational handover. Deep firmware engineering, root-cause storage controller forensics and code-level escalations stay with HPE Pointnext and TAC.
Emirtech operates as a UAE installation and integration contractor for HPE Alletra and Nimble primary storage. The boundary between what we deliver as installers and what stays with HPE and its authorised channel is set out below so customers can scope contracts and warranty correctly.

Yes. We plan and execute migrations from legacy Nimble AF Series, HF Series and CS Series onto Alletra 6000 platforms. Migration approaches include array-based replication, host-side volume copy and storage vMotion for VMware estates. We schedule cutovers in agreed change windows, validate multipath and document the new estate.
Yes. We register Alletra and Nimble arrays into InfoSight for AIOps predictive analytics, configure telemetry and alert routing to your operations mailbox. Where the commercial model fits, we onboard arrays under HPE GreenLake consumption-based subscriptions purchased via authorised HPE distributors. GreenLake commercial entitlement remains with HPE.
No. We do not operate a 24/7 SOC and do not provide round-the-clock storage operations as a standalone managed service. We do not hold ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS, PDPL or SIRA certification. Continuous proactive support comes from HPE Pointnext and InfoSight. We provide engineering support in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
