For honest positioning: we are not a Dell Titanium, Platinum or Gold partner and we do not resell Dell hardware under a Dell channel-partner tier. We install and configure PowerStore arrays procured by the client through an authorised Dell distributor or partner in the UAE, providing field engineering, rack and stack, and operational handover. Our scope covers the full PowerStore T-model family, including the PowerStore 500T, 1200T, 3200T, 5200T and 9200T all-flash unified arrays delivering block, file and VMware vVols workloads from a single platform, plus the PowerStore X model with embedded ESXi for AppsON consolidation of virtual machines directly on the storage controllers. Engagements can include PowerStoreOS scale-out cluster configuration, data services tuning (always-on inline compression, deduplication and data-at-rest encryption), VMware native integration through vVols and VAAI primitives, Native Asynchronous Replication and Metro Volume setup between Abu Dhabi sites, and CloudIQ proactive insights enrolment for telemetry and capacity forecasting. We commission PowerStore arrays for VMware vSphere virtualization farms, database tier consolidation, file-share workloads, and mixed block plus NAS use cases, and integrate them with Cisco UCS, Dell PowerEdge or HPE ProLiant compute over Fibre Channel or iSCSI fabrics. - We deliver: Dell EMC PowerStore 500T, 1200T, 3200T, 5200T, 9200T and PowerStore X installation, PowerStoreOS configuration, data services tuning, VMware vVols and VAAI integration, native asynchronous replication and Metro Volume setup, and CloudIQ enrolment across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
- We do not deliver: Dell hardware resale under a Dell channel tier, Dell ProSupport contract issuance, or Dell EMC certified professional services engagements.
- We are not: a Dell Titanium, Platinum or Gold partner, a Dell Technologies authorised reseller, a Dell EMC channel partner, or a Dell certified service delivery partner; we hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own.

No. Emirtech Technology is not a Dell Titanium, Platinum or Gold partner, not a Dell Technologies authorised reseller, and not a Dell EMC channel partner. We install and configure PowerStore arrays that clients procure through their own authorised Dell distributor or partner in the UAE. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own.
Which PowerStore models does Emirtech install in Abu Dhabi?
We install the full PowerStore T-model family — PowerStore 500T, 1200T, 3200T, 5200T and 9200T all-flash unified arrays — plus the PowerStore X model with embedded ESXi for AppsON workloads. Sizing and model selection are confirmed during a site survey at your Abu Dhabi or Al Ain data hall.
Do you configure VMware vVols and VAAI integration on PowerStore?
Yes. We configure PowerStore VMware native integration including virtual volumes (vVols), Storage Policy Based Management, VAAI primitives for snapshot offload and cloning, and vCenter Plug-in registration. We are not, however, a VMware certified service provider; the work is delivered as field implementation.
Can Emirtech set up replication between two PowerStore sites in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We configure PowerStore Native Asynchronous Replication for recovery point objectives at scheduled intervals, and Metro Volume for active-active synchronous block volumes between two sites in Abu Dhabi. Network latency and bandwidth between the sites must meet Dell EMC documented requirements.
Does Emirtech provide Dell ProSupport or hardware warranty?
No. Dell ProSupport, hardware warranty and spare parts logistics are provided by Dell Technologies and authorised Dell support channels in the UAE. Emirtech delivers installation, configuration, integration and operational handover only. Clients retain their Dell support contracts directly.
