We are a contractor ADMCC-approved for security systems (Abu Dhabi Monitoring & Control Centre), founded in 2018, operating from M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi. Scope covers guestroom IPTV head-end (Samsung Hospitality LYNK / LG Pro:Centric platforms), IP-PBX guestroom phones, USB charging integration, in-room background music (BGM), networked thermostat tie-in, electronic safe networking, do-not-disturb and make-up-room signal integration, mini-bar room status reporting, plus lobby AV, conference-room AV and ballroom AV. We are brand-agnostic: Samsung Hospitality, LG Pro:Centric, Extron, AMX and Crestron — for certain commercial Crestron scope we coordinate with a separately authorised integrator so the line of responsibility is clear. We are an Control4 installer for residential and light-commercial Control4 work; outside Control4 we install commercially without claiming brand-authorised channel-partner status. Honest scope statement: we are not AVIXA-certified, not CTS-certified, not Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) endorsed, and not a hotel brand partner for Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Accor, Four Seasons, Rotana, Jumeirah, Anantara or Six Senses. We are not ADCD-certified for fire alarm or voice-evacuation work and will defer to the appointed ADCD-licensed life-safety contractor where AV intersects with emergency voice. We are not a 24/7 SOC operator. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are our priority areas, and in Dubai: IT AMC and time attendance by scheduled on-site visits, gate barriers, ANPR, video intercoms and turnstiles by Emirtech itself, and CCTV, alarm and access control through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating; we do not mobilise to Sharjah or the Northern Emirates. Samsung Hospitality LYNK and LG Pro:Centric IPTV head-end build, channel line-up mapping, welcome screen branding, RF/IP distribution and per-room set-top configuration with commissioning sheets for the hotel pre-opening team.
In-room IP-PBX guestroom phone deployment, extension plans, do-not-disturb signalling, voicemail integration with the property management system and line-by-line dial tone and feature-key testing at handover.
In-room background music distribution, networked thermostat tie-in, electronic safe networking and mini-bar room-status reporting wired into the chosen guest experience or building management platform with documented IP and VLAN assignments.

No. We are not ADCD-certified for fire alarm or voice-evacuation systems. Where hotel AV interfaces with emergency voice, paging or evacuation, we defer to the appointed ADCD-licensed life-safety contractor and provide a documented hand-off interface for our scope.
We install Samsung Hospitality LYNK REACH and SINC, and LG Pro:Centric SMART with Pro:Centric Direct server. Both are delivered brand-agnostically. We are not a Samsung Hospitality or LG Pro:Centric authorised channel partner — installation, configuration and commissioning are within our standard low-current scope.

Where the specification requires a manufacturer-authorised Crestron integrator, we coordinate with a separately authorised Crestron partner for programming and commissioning, while Emirtech handles infrastructure, mounting, cabling and project integration.
