Emirtech Technology installs and services Honeywell intrusion alarm panels for commercial premises, multi-tenant offices and healthcare-adjacent buildings across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Founded in 2018 and operating from M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, Emirtech is ADMCC-approved for security-systems contracting in the emirate. We deploy the Honeywell VISTA series (including VISTA-21iP, VISTA-128BPT and VISTA-256FBPT), the Galaxy Dimension range and Galaxy Flex panels, paired with PIR motion detectors, glassbreak sensors, door and window contacts, external sirens and alphanumeric keypads. For remote arming, event reporting and user management we configure Total Connect 2.0 on VISTA panels or MAXPRO Cloud for Galaxy systems, and we coordinate signalling with central monitoring stations where the client has an existing contract. Procurement is handled through authorised Honeywell channels in the UAE so equipment and firmware are genuine. To be straightforward about our credentials: Emirtech is not a Honeywell Authorised Dealer, Authorised Engineer or Platinum partner, and we do not represent ourselves as Honeywell Building Technologies. Intrusion detection is also distinct from fire alarm — we are not ADCD-approved for fire-alarm systems, so for any Civil Defence-licensed fire works we coordinate with an ADCD-approved fire-alarm contractor while we deliver the intrusion side. We do not hold SIRA registration (that is the Dubai regulator), ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS or PDPL certification, and we are not a 24/7 SOC operator. What we do provide is a clean installation, panel commissioning, zone programming, user-code setup, walk-testing and post-handover support by appointment. How we work
An engineer attends the site to walk the perimeter and interior, identify protected zones, confirm cable routes, note existing wiring that can be reused and discuss arming routines with operations and security staff.
We issue a written design covering panel model, expansion modules, detector schedule, keypad locations, communicator path and Total Connect or MAXPRO Cloud setup, with a transparent, itemised written quotation referenced to authorised Honeywell channels.
Cabling, panel mounting, detector fitting and keypad installation are completed by Emirtech's own engineers. We program zones, partitions, user codes and communicator paths, then perform walk-tests and document outcomes.
Client training covers arming, disarming, bypassing zones and adding users. We provide a maintenance arrangement covering scheduled health checks, battery replacement, firmware updates and on-call response within Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, with scope and response arrangements agreed in the written quotation.
Emirtech keeps a tight, honest scope for Honeywell intrusion work in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. We want clients to know exactly what they receive from us and which adjacent services sit with other parties.

No. Emirtech is not a Honeywell Authorised Dealer, Honeywell Authorised Engineer or Honeywell Platinum partner, and we do not represent Honeywell Building Technologies. We install and service Honeywell VISTA and Galaxy intrusion panels via authorised Honeywell channels in the UAE so equipment is genuine and supportable.
Intrusion detection and fire alarm are regulated separately in Abu Dhabi. Emirtech is ADMCC-approved for security-systems works but we are not ADCD-approved for fire-alarm systems. For fire detection we coordinate with an ADCD-approved fire-alarm contractor while we deliver the Honeywell intrusion side.
For smaller commercial sites we usually deploy VISTA-21iP. For larger sites with more zones or partitions we use VISTA-128BPT, VISTA-256FBPT or Galaxy Dimension. Galaxy Flex suits medium installations needing IP, app control and tidy keyprox-based arming.
Emirtech is not a central monitoring station and does not operate a 24/7 SOC. We configure Total Connect 2.0 or MAXPRO Cloud for owner notifications, and we engage with the client's existing central monitoring station to set up signalling paths and account codes.
No. Emirtech does not hold ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS or PDPL certification, and we are not an ADGM Data Protection Officer. Intrusion-panel firmware is kept current and accounts are configured with sensible practice, but formal compliance attestation sits with appropriate audit firms.
