CCTV installation in Abu Dhabi is regulated electronic security work, and Emirtech delivers it as an ADMCC-approved contractor operating from our M44 workshop in Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, since 2018. A compliant installation begins with an on-site survey to map coverage zones, lux levels, cable routes and the Abu Dhabi Monitoring and Control Centre (ADMCC) connectivity requirements where applicable. We then design the system around your operational use case, selecting from Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha Vision and Bosch camera ranges supplied through authorised UAE distributors. Camera selection covers fixed dome, bullet, PTZ, fisheye, thermal and 4K/8K UHD models, each specified with the correct IP66/IP67 rating, sunshield and ambient operating range for UAE summer conditions. Recording infrastructure is built on Hikvision HikCentral, Dahua DSS, Genetec Security Center or Milestone XProtect depending on channel count, retention period and integration needs, with NVRs or servers sized to meet ADMCC retention rules. Network design uses structured PoE / PoE+ / PoE++ switching with UPS backup, surge protection and Cat6/Cat6A or fibre uplinks for long runs. Where the brief includes AI analytics we configure people-counting, ANPR, intrusion, loitering and face-recognition rules with PDPL-aware data handling, signage and access controls. Each handover includes commissioning records, as-built drawings, user training and a planned maintenance schedule. Emirtech is a Control4 installer working with a third-party authorised dealer; for all other CCTV brands we are an installation and configuration contractor working through authorised UAE channels, not a Channel Partner, Authorised Distributor or manufacturer representative. We do not hold SIRA registration, ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS or PDPL certification, and we do not operate a 24/7 SOC. Retention is sized to meet ADMCC rules and your operational needs, typically 30 to 90 days depending on camera count, resolution, frame rate and codec. We calculate storage during the survey and specify NVR or server capacity, with optional archive tiers for longer retention.
