What counts as a custodian key in your configuration?
Any key whose loss, misuse or undocumented removal carries operational, legal or regulatory consequence — vault masters, evidence room keys, controlled-drug cabinets, server rack masters, executive area and other secure facility keys. The customer nominates which keys are classed as custodian; we apply the matching audit rules in KeyWatcher Pro or TrakaWEB.
Can you enforce dual-witness sign-out for specific keys only?
Yes. Dual-witness is configured per key slot, so only nominated custodian keys require two cards while routine operational keys remain single-user. Witness pairings can be restricted to specific role groups, such as duty manager plus pharmacist or two security supervisors.
How does the missing-key alert work?
Each custodian key has a configurable maximum out-time. If the key is not returned within the window, the system issues tiered alerts by email and SMS — first to the user, then supervisor, security manager and finally executive recipients. Quiet-hours, on-call rotas and holiday schedules are respected so escalation reaches the right person.

No. Emirtech is not a Morse Watchmans Authorised Reseller, not an ASSA ABLOY Traka Authorised Reseller and not a KeyPer Systems Authorised Reseller. Hardware is supplied via authorised UAE channels. We are ADMCC-approved for electronic security installation in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and a Control4 installer working with a third-party authorised dealer; we hold no SIRA, ISO 27001, NESA or ADHICS credential.
Does the audit trail satisfy UAE PDPL requirements?
