In short: A meeting room needs a display, a camera, microphones, a speaker and a way to control them, sized to the room and set up for your meeting platform. This guide lists the equipment by room type; Emirtech surveys the room first and quotes in writing.

The most common reason conference-room AV does not work is that it was bought as separate items — a screen here, a camera there, a wireless presentation puck on the table — without anyone designing how they actually work together for a real meeting. Emirtech starts from the meeting type: huddle room of 4-6 people, mid-size meeting room of 8-14, boardroom of 14-30, training and townhall rooms larger than that. From there we specify the screen (Samsung, LG or Sony 65"-98" 4K interactive or non-interactive), the video conferencing platform (Microsoft Teams Rooms certified, Zoom Rooms, Webex or BYOD), the video bar or camera (Logitech Rally Bar / Rally Plus, Poly Studio X / E70, Yealink MeetingBar / MeetingBoard for Teams Rooms, Cisco Room Kit), audio (ceiling mics like Shure MXA920 / Sennheiser TCC for boardrooms, table mics for smaller rooms), wireless presentation (Barco ClickShare, Mersive Solstice, Crestron AirMedia), room control where required (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS), structured cabling, dedicated meeting-room Wi-Fi where needed and the room-PC or Android/Lenovo/HP/Logitech Tap controller. Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) certified setups on Logitech, Poly, Yealink or Lenovo hardware; Zoom Rooms appliance and BYOD configurations; Webex Room and BYOD; with proper licensing, sign-in and centralised management.
Logitech Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, Rally Plus; Poly Studio X30/X50/X70 and E70; Yealink MeetingBar A20/A30 and MeetingBoard; Cisco Room Kit — sized to room dimensions and use pattern.
Shure Microflex MXA series ceiling mics, Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling, Crestron Saros / EPI table mics — sized for room geometry, in-ceiling integration with the false-ceiling plan and DSP tuning for clarity.
Barco ClickShare CX series, Mersive Solstice Pod, Crestron AirMedia for wireless laptop and mobile presentation; Crestron / Extron / Q-SYS room control where boardrooms need scene presets, lighting and shading integration.
