Scope — what we deliver and explicitly do not

An AI call-center deployment still runs on regulated telephony and third-party platforms. We are clear about what Emirtech delivers and what sits with the carrier, the platform vendor and you as the data controller.

  • We deliver: discovery and call-flow design, AI voice-agent build and prompt/script tuning, IP-PBX/SIP/IVR integration, CRM/ERP integration, call recording, transcription and analytics setup, bilingual Arabic/English configuration, testing and go-live, supervisor training, and ongoing changes and support under an AMC.
  • We do not deliver: the telephone numbers, SIP-trunk/PSTN carriage or telecom licence themselves; ownership of the underlying AI, speech-to-text/text-to-speech or telephony platforms; and human call-centre agents (we are not a BPO that staffs your campaigns).
  • We are not: a TDRA-licensed telecommunications operator or numbering/SIP-trunk carrier, the vendor or owner of the third-party AI, speech and telephony platforms we deploy, or a BPO that staffs your campaigns with human agents. Our ADMCC approval covers security systems work only — it is not a telecom operator licence.
  • We are not affiliated with: Etisalat, du or the TDRA, nor are we the developer of any AI or voice platform — we integrate and deploy that technology for you as an independent systems integrator.
  • Numbering, SIP-trunk/PSTN connectivity and telecom licensing sit with a TDRA-licensed operator; lawful call-recording notification/consent and UAE data-protection (PDPL) obligations sit with you as the data controller — we build and configure the solution to help you meet them.
  • Coverage: we deliver on-site across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain (Dubai: IT AMC and time attendance by on-site visits, gate barriers, ANPR, video intercoms and turnstiles by Emirtech itself, and CCTV, alarm and access control through SIRA-approved partners), and configure and support cloud deployments remotely.

Automated outbound calling is regulated; the numbering and campaign rules sit with your licensed operator and with you as the caller, and we build the agent to honour them.
What happens when a lead is interested or asks something complex?

Will it work our existing CRM and lead lists?
