In short: Emirtech covers 3D Face Recognition Stereo Depth Deep Install in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain: design, installation, configuration and support by its own engineers. It is ADMCC-approved as a company; ADMCC makes the final approval decision for each installation. Face data is biometric personal data under the UAE PDPL, so an alternative such as a card, PIN or other credential can be specified. Emirtech does not certify PDPL compliance. A site survey comes first, then a written itemised quotation.

Emirtech Technology is an ADMCC-approved electronic security contractor founded in 2018, based at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, and reachable on +971 55 651 7843. We install and configure 3D face recognition (stereo depth) deep biometric readers across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain — using terminals from ZKTeco SpeedFace Pro (stereo camera), Suprema FaceStation F2 (IR plus visual liveness), Idemia VisionPass (depth-aware) and Anviz FaceDeep. Unlike conventional 2D image-based face recognition that can be spoofed by a printed photograph, a screen image or a recorded video, 3D systems use a stereo camera, time-of-flight (ToF) module or structured-light projector to build a true depth map of the subject's face — meaning a flat photo, a phone screen or a video replay should fail the depth check. We commission units commercially through authorised UAE channels and configure anti-spoof modes (anti-mask, anti-photo, anti-video), enrolment tolerances, dual-factor combinations (face plus card or face plus PIN), Wiegand or OSDP integration into the access control panel, and on-device template storage where the hardware supports it. Biometric template data is classified as sensitive personal data under UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), so we configure encrypted transmission, retention limits and access-logging. Typical use cases include banking branches, government-adjacent perimeters, executive floors and premium residential entrances where photo-spoof and replay-attack resistance is mandatory. We are not a Channel Partner, Authorised Distributor or Reseller of ZKTeco, Suprema, Idemia, Hikvision, Anviz or Dahua — we hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own — and we are not a PDPL-certified data-protection authority. We are not a SIRA-licensed Dubai contractor; our regulated scope is Abu Dhabi and Al Ain only. For a site survey, depth-sensor selection and quotation, call +971 55 651 7843.
3D depth-sense capabilities
Dual-lens stereo camera modules on ZKTeco SpeedFace Pro and similar terminals build a parallax-derived depth map, distinguishing a real 3D face from a flat printed photograph or phone-screen image at the reader.
Selected terminals use a ToF module emitting an infrared pulse and measuring return time to compute per-pixel depth, providing anti-spoof performance in mixed indoor lighting; strong direct sunlight and reflective glass can degrade infrared depth sensing, so reader placement matters.
Idemia VisionPass units project a known infrared pattern, deriving 3D geometry from pattern distortion — strong resistance to photo, screen and video-replay spoof attempts.
Where hardware supports it, we configure on-device biometric template storage with encrypted transmission and retention limits, aligning with UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) handling of sensitive personal data.
For banking perimeters, executive floors and similar sites in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, we can configure stereo-depth readers, anti-spoof modes and PDPL-aligned template handling on authorised UAE-channel hardware. Call +971 55 651 7843 or request a free 3D face recognition consultation.
Where 3D depth biometrics fit
Cash-handling areas, vault lobbies and back-of-house staff doors where photo-spoof resistance is mandatory and a flat-image bypass would be unacceptable to the branch security risk register.
High-assurance entrances at administrative buildings, contractor staff zones and visitor screening where depth-verified identity is required and conventional 2D systems do not meet the threat model.
Executive floors, C-suite anterooms and premium villa main entrances where occupants expect anti-spoof biometrics and the user experience must remain frictionless for authorised faces.
Sensitive contractor sites and restricted technical areas requiring anti-mask plus anti-photo plus anti-video safeguards on entry, with on-device template storage to limit central exposure of biometric data.
3D face recognition is a premium-tier biometric that materially raises spoof resistance over 2D image readers — but only when sensor choice, anti-spoof configuration, integration and PDPL handling are done honestly. Our scope below states what we install and configure, and where we are not the right party.
If you need a stereo-depth biometric perimeter that withstands photo, screen and video-replay spoof attempts — installed honestly within Abu Dhabi or Al Ain scope — speak to our Mussafah M44 team.
Common questions
A 2D system matches a flat image of your face against a stored image template and can be defeated by a printed photo, a phone-screen image or a recorded video. A 3D system uses a depth sensor — stereo camera, time-of-flight or structured light — to build a true depth map. A flat photo has no depth, a screen has no depth and a video replay has no depth, so all three should fail the depth check before any image match runs.
We install and configure ZKTeco SpeedFace Pro (stereo camera), Suprema FaceStation F2 (IR plus visual liveness), Idemia VisionPass (depth-aware structured light) and Anviz FaceDeep. Sensor choice depends on the threat model, lighting conditions and integration target. We deploy these commercially via authorised UAE channels.
No. We are ADMCC-approved for electronic security contracting in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and we hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own. We are not a Channel Partner, Authorised Distributor or Reseller of ZKTeco, Suprema, Idemia, Hikvision, Anviz or Dahua. We source biometric hardware commercially through authorised UAE channels.
Biometric template data is classified as sensitive personal data under UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). We configure on-device template storage where the terminal supports it, encrypted transmission to the access control panel, retention-limit settings and access-logging. We are not a PDPL-certified data-protection authority and do not provide legal opinions — your data controller remains responsible for the lawful basis and consent workflow.
Higher-tier terminals support anti-mask modes that examine micro-depth features and infrared characteristics that flat masks do not replicate. Resistance to printed photos, phone screens and video replay is generally good on depth-sensing terminals, but it varies by model and no system is spoof-proof. Anti-mask resistance varies by hardware tier and configuration; we tune the mode during commissioning and report honestly on residual risk.
