Emirtech Technology is an ADMCC-approved electronic security contractor founded in 2018 and based at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, delivering tower and high-rise residential access control across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. We install and integrate enterprise platforms such as Honeywell Pro-Watch and Lenel S2 for premium towers, plus ZKBio CVSecurity and BioStar 2 (being succeeded by Suprema BioStar X) for mid-market high-rise residential developments of 20 to 50+ floors with hundreds of apartments. Our scope covers main-lobby and service-lobby separation, lift access by floor restriction (Destination Oriented Control — coordinated with the lift contractor), parking gates with EV-charging zone integration, gym, pool and clubhouse amenity-area readers, kids-play-area access points and structured permissions for housekeeping, F&B delivery riders, contractors and move-in / move-out events. Visitor verification and remote door release are integrated with FERMAX, Comelit or 2N IP intercoms so residents can grant access from in-apartment monitors or mobile apps. We are a Control4 installer working with a third-party authorised dealer; for every other access-control, intercom and reader brand we install and configure commercially via authorised UAE channels, and we are not a Channel Partner or Authorised Distributor of Honeywell, Lenel S2, ZKTeco, Suprema, FERMAX, Comelit or 2N. We are not a property management firm and we are not affiliated with Aldar Properties, Imkan, Tamouh, Reportage Properties, ALEC, Modon or any specific tower developer — we coordinate with the appointed owners-association manager, FM provider and lift contractor during commissioning and handover. Our deliverables include cable containment, reader and controller installation, server / VM build, intercom integration, resident database onboarding, parking and amenity rules, acceptance testing and operator training. Lift access is restricted using Destination Oriented Control (DOC) integrated with the access control system. A resident card, mobile credential or biometric on the lift-lobby reader calls a lift that only serves the resident's own floor plus authorised shared amenity floors. The DOC interface is coordinated with the appointed lift contractor, and lift fire-recall and firefighter modes stay with the lift contractor and are never overridden by access control; see our Lift Access page for detail.
Yes. Visitor calls from the main lobby intercom panel ring the in-apartment monitor or resident mobile app. The resident verifies the visitor over video and triggers door release through the integrated access control system. We configure FERMAX, Comelit and 2N IP intercoms with Honeywell Pro-Watch, Lenel S2, ZKBio CVSecurity or BioStar 2 at the integration layer.
Yes.
