What We Install & Integrate
We install and configure open-protocol BMS platforms — including Siemens Desigo CC, Johnson Controls Metasys and SCALA — that consolidate HVAC, lighting, energy metering, CCTV and access control events onto a single graphical operator interface, reducing the need for multiple separate monitoring screens.
IP-connected IAQ sensor nodes measure CO₂ concentration, PM2.5 particulates, temperature, relative humidity and TVOC levels. Readings feed the BMS dashboard and generate alarms when thresholds are exceeded, supporting occupant wellbeing in Khalifa City offices, healthcare facilities and educational institutions.
Passive infrared, ultrasonic and video-based occupancy sensors deliver real-time and historical utilisation data for offices, conference rooms and common areas. Analytics drive demand-controlled HVAC and lighting, cutting energy waste without reducing occupant comfort.
Smart building systems depend on a reliable IP backbone. Emirtech designs and installs the PoE switching, Wi-Fi, fibre riser and Cat6A horizontal cabling infrastructure that carries IoT sensor traffic, BMS controller data and security system feeds — all on a properly segmented, managed network.
Access control events and live CCTV feeds are surfaced directly inside the BMS operator workspace, so security and facilities staff share a common situational picture.
