- We deliver: per-store POS LAN, managed PoE switching, structured cabling, multi-site Wi-Fi with captive portal, ADMCC-approved CCTV, biometric time-attendance, branch-edge firewalls with VPN or SD-WAN, ERP and inventory integration, and central IT helpdesk support across Abu Dhabi Emirate.
- We do not deliver: SIRA-regulated security work in Dubai, NESA or ADHICS attestation, ISO 27001 certification, PDPL legal opinions, 24/7 SOC monitoring, ADCD fire-alarm certification, DoH or ADAFSA approvals, payment-card scheme certification, or merchant acquiring services.
- We are not: a Channel Partner or Authorised Distributor of Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruijie, Huawei, Fortinet, SonicWall, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle or Zoho — we install and configure these brands commercially through authorised UAE channels. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own.
- We are not affiliated with: specific UAE retail chains, authorised retail IT distributors in UAE, franchise master operators or any retail-group head office. We are an independent ADMCC-approved installer working under direct contract with the chain operator.
- Geographic scope: ADMCC-regulated electronic security work — including CCTV — is Abu Dhabi Emirate only.
- Documentation: every branch receives an as-built network diagram, asset list and handover pack referencing the central head-office configuration.
- Maintenance: annual maintenance contracts cover all branches in scope, with response arrangements agreed in the written quotation and sized by branch criticality.
- Contracting: all work is contracted directly between the chain operator and Emirtech Technology — we do not sub-contract ADMCC-regulated work.
If a requirement falls outside this scope — for example, SIRA-regulated CCTV in Dubai or formal ISO 27001 certification — we will say so in writing and refer the chain operator to a qualified provider.

Our ADMCC-regulated electronic security work — including CCTV across stores — is Abu Dhabi Emirate only. In Dubai, CCTV, alarm and access control are delivered through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating. Non-security IT such as POS, Wi-Fi and ERP integration can be scoped on a project-by-project basis.
Which POS and ERP systems do you integrate?
We integrate POS environments with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite and Zoho One. We install and configure these platforms commercially through authorised UAE channels — we are not an Authorised Distributor of Microsoft, SAP, Oracle or Zoho.
Which Wi-Fi and firewall brands do you deploy across multi-site retail?
For multi-site wireless we deploy Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruijie and Huawei depending on chain size and budget. For branch-edge firewalls and SD-WAN we work with Fortinet and SonicWall. All brands are sourced through authorised UAE channels; we are not a Channel Partner of any of these vendors.
Do you handle CCTV monitoring and storage centrally for the chain?
Yes. We deploy ADMCC-approved CCTV at each Abu Dhabi branch with local NVR recording and a central VMS at head office for area-manager viewing. We are not a 24/7 SOC operator — central monitoring is by the chain operator's own loss-prevention team or a third-party SOC of their choice.
Can you support a phased rollout — head office first, then branches?
Yes. We can start with the head-office core — firewall, central servers or cloud landing zone, ERP environment and VPN concentrator — then replicate a standard branch network design across each store as it opens or refreshes. Each branch receives the same handover documentation.
