No. Emirtech is not a Mimecast Authorised Partner, not a Mimecast Authorised Distributor, and not a Mimecast Channel Partner. We are an independent Abu Dhabi integrator (ADMCC-approved for security systems) that implements and configures Mimecast tenants commercially. Licensing is procured by the customer through their preferred Mimecast channel.
Which Mimecast products do you implement?
We implement Mimecast Email Security with Targeted Threat Protection (URL Protect, Attachment Protect, Impersonation Protect), Mimecast Cloud Archive, Mimecast Awareness Training, Mimecast Continuity and Mimecast Sync & Recover, integrated with Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online.
Do you support pre-MX and post-MX deployment models?
Yes. We support both pre-MX deployments using classic MX-record cutover and post-MX deployments using Mimecast’s native Microsoft 365 API integration, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment and journaling configuration for the chosen model.
Can Mimecast Cloud Archive support PDPL and ADHICS retention requirements?
Mimecast Cloud Archive provides tamper-evident long-term retention with legal-hold and e-discovery features that organisations commonly use to support PDPL, ADHICS and ADGM DPR retention obligations. We configure retention policies; certification of compliance is the customer’s responsibility with their auditors.
Do you provide 24/7 SOC monitoring of Mimecast alerts?
No. Emirtech is not a 24/7 SOC operator. We implement Mimecast policies, dashboards and notification rules, and we hand over operations to the customer’s internal team or to their chosen SOC provider for ongoing monitoring and response.
