A typical IT infrastructure engagement covers the full physical and logical stack required to run a modern Abu Dhabi business: server installation and rack build using Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Supermicro and Lenovo ThinkSystem hardware; enterprise networking with Cisco, HPE Aruba, Ruijie, Huawei, MikroTik and Ubiquiti switches and routers; structured cabling in Cat6 and Cat6A with proper containment, patch panels and certified termination; perimeter security with Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, SonicWall and pfSense firewalls; enterprise WiFi 6, 6E and 7 wireless coverage with site-surveyed access point placement; and VoIP or PABX telephony using 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream and Cisco platforms. IT infrastructure projects fail more often from unclear scope than from technical mistakes. To keep expectations honest, Emirtech sets out what is included in a typical engagement, what is explicitly excluded, and which credentials we hold versus those we do not — so prospective clients can compare proposals on a like-for-like basis.
- We deliver: server installation, rack build, structured cabling Cat6 and Cat6A, enterprise switching and routing, firewall deployment, enterprise WiFi 6/6E/7, VoIP and PABX, backup and disaster-recovery planning, and audit-aligned configuration for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence packs.
- We do not deliver: ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate issuance, 24/7 managed SOC monitoring, public-cloud architecture redesign for AWS or Azure landing zones, custom application development, ERP implementation, or telecom carrier services regulated by TDRA.
- We are not: a Channel Partner, Authorised Distributor, Gold Partner or Master Reseller of Dell, HPE, Supermicro, Lenovo, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, 3CX, Yeastar or any IT manufacturer — we hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own, and we hold no SIRA, ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS, PDPL, DoH, ADAFSA, DCT, ADCD or TDRA certifications.

- We document every project with as-built drawings, IP plans, firewall policies and credential handover so the next contractor or your internal team can take over without reverse-engineering the network.
- We procure hardware exclusively through authorised UAE distributors, recording serial numbers against the manufacturer warranty records so manufacturer support paths remain intact for the life of the equipment.

Do you supply and install Dell, HPE, Cisco and Fortinet equipment in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We procure Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet and similar brands through authorised UAE distributors and install and configure them commercially. We are not a Channel Partner or Authorised Distributor of any of these brands — we hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own.
Can Emirtech help us achieve ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification?
We can configure your infrastructure, firewalls, backup and logging in a way that aligns with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence requirements, and supply an evidence pack for your auditor. We do not issue the certificate ourselves — that is the role of an accredited certifying body which you appoint separately.
Do you do structured cabling and certification testing?
Yes. We install Cat6 and Cat6A copper backbones, fibre uplinks, containment, patch panels and faceplates, and issue Fluke certification reports on copper runs and OTDR traces on fibre at handover, so the cabling plant is documented; any cable-manufacturer warranty programme is confirmed at scoping.
Do you operate a 24/7 Security Operations Centre to monitor our firewall?
No. Emirtech is not a managed SOC operator. We deploy and configure firewalls and SIEM-ready logging, but ongoing 24/7 SOC monitoring should be contracted with a specialist MSSP. We can integrate their tooling at the network layer if you appoint one.
Can you handle VoIP, PABX and SIP trunking for our Abu Dhabi office?
Yes. We deploy 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream and Cisco IP-PBX platforms with SIP trunking through licensed UAE carriers, configure auto-attendant, hunt groups, call recording and softphone clients, and train administrators on day-to-day moves, adds and changes.
