We deliver hybrid work attendance implementations across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain that combine office-based RFID or biometric punches with mobile geofenced check-ins for remote and field days. A typical hybrid pattern is two-to-three days in office and two-to-three days remote per week: when the employee is in the Mussafah, Khalidiya, Capital Centre or Al Ain office they tap an RFID card or present a fingerprint or face at the entry reader; when working from home or a customer site they open the mobile app, the GPS coordinate is checked against a configured geofence (home address, client premises or coworking hub) and the punch is recorded with location, time and selfie evidence. We implement and configure Microsoft Power Apps custom solutions with Entra ID identity, ZKBio Time mobile, Matrix COSEC mobile, Bayzat hybrid attendance and Greytip greytHR Touchless, integrated with the customer HR system for the hybrid roster — which days each employee is expected in office versus remote — and pushed into reporting and payroll. Geofence radius, allowed locations, late-grace, screenshot or selfie capture and offline mode are all configured per the customer policy. We are not a Microsoft, ZKBio, Matrix, Bayzat or Greytip authorised partner or distributor in the UAE and we do not resell these platforms; we install and configure the licences procured by the customer through their chosen authorised UAE channel. Geofence GPS coordinates and selfie images are personal data under UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021): the customer obtains explicit employee consent before enrolment and we configure encrypted transmission, retention limits and access controls — Emirtech delivers technical controls and is not a PDPL legal advisor.
