Tower apartments
Wireless retrofit of lighting, curtains and climate in finished apartments — scenes at the door, schedules through the seasons, and nothing visible but keypads chosen to suit the interior.
Home Automation · Abu Dhabi
Living beside Abu Dhabi's main exhibition and events campus has a rhythm of its own. The district around ADNEC fills and empties with the exhibition calendar, residents travel often, and the towers of Capital Park (Capital Centre) mix apartments and serviced residences with hotels and offices below. Automation suits that life unusually well: lighting and curtains that follow scenes rather than switches, air conditioning that stops cooling an empty apartment, a door camera answered from another country, and one app that confirms — at a glance, from anywhere — that home is exactly as you left it. Emirtech Technology designs and installs bespoke home automation across the district's residences, working as a security and IT integrator, ADMCC-approved for security systems, established in 2018 and based in Mussafah M44. Every project begins with a free site survey and an itemised written quotation.
Because automation in this district is a retrofit discipline, and retrofit punishes carelessness. Capital Park's residences sit in finished tower apartments and serviced units — properties where nobody is going to chase walls or lift marble for cable. Our designs respect that reality: wireless lighting modules behind existing switch plates, motorised curtain tracks fitted to existing pelmets, AC control that works with the installed units, and a wired backbone only where a renovation genuinely opens the opportunity. The district's character shapes the functional brief too. Residents here travel, so remote visibility matters as much as comfort: arrive-home and away scenes, climate schedules that hold the apartment at sensible temperatures rather than cooling empty rooms through an Abu Dhabi summer, leak and door notifications that find you abroad, and video intercom answered from a phone wherever you are. Privacy and quiet matter beside a campus that draws crowds, so curtains, lighting and do-not-disturb states are scripted into scenes rather than managed manually. As an integrator we bind automation to the security layer properly — alarm, cameras and door stations in the same logic, engineered to the standards an ADMCC-approved company is held to — rather than scattering consumer gadgets across six apps. Emirtech has built systems across Abu Dhabi since 2018 from Mussafah M44, minutes from the district. The path is simple and accountable: a free survey of the apartment, an itemised written quotation scene by scene and room by room, tidy installation, and one team to call afterwards.

Good automation is invisible until it is missed. We start by mapping how the household actually lives: when rooms are used, who controls what, which routines repeat. Then we script it. A morning scene raises curtains and sets climate before the alarm sounds; an away scene drops the apartment to economy cooling, arms the alarm and begins randomised evening lighting; a cinema scene dims the lounge and closes blackouts in one touch. Control lives wherever it is natural — elegant keypads at the door, the existing switches still working as expected, phones and tablets for everything else. Guests and housekeeping get simple, limited control; owners keep the full picture, including energy use and who entered while they were away.
Every reliable smart home in a tower stands on an unglamorous foundation: the network. Wireless devices, streaming, cameras and intercoms all contend for it, which is why we engineer Wi-Fi and switching as part of the design — our networking & Wi-Fi in Capital Park page covers that layer. For platforms, lighting and AV options, and whole-villa architectures across the emirate, see the main home automation page. The survey visit is free; the itemised written quotation that follows prices the system room by room so you can phase it sensibly.

Wireless retrofit of lighting, curtains and climate in finished apartments — scenes at the door, schedules through the seasons, and nothing visible but keypads chosen to suit the interior.
Automation that coexists with building services: in-unit comfort scenes and remote visibility for the occupant, configured around house rules and handed over with simple, documented control.
Away modes that cut cooling waste, simulate occupancy after dark and push door, leak and power alerts abroad — the apartment supervises itself between trips, and reports honestly.
For the district's hospitality stock: room scenes, climate setback and service states engineered to hotel expectations — the same discipline we bring to residences, scaled to operators.
