Founded in 2018 and working from our workshop at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, we bring a settled local team and an installation approach built around the site. As Fahid Island is an Aldar masterplan still under construction, we are precise about timing and standing: our commercial engagement begins on completed, handed-over plots, once a residence is ready for fit-out and the community's technical specifications are confirmed — we are not a phantom presence on a site that is not yet built. Every commission opens with a meticulous on-site survey to reconcile developer specifications, MEP coordination, seafront-corrosion mitigation, and discreet cable routing that preserves the architect's intent, before an itemised written proposal is issued. We install Suprema, Idemia, HID, and other hardware through authorised UAE channels, yet we are not a Channel Partner, Authorised Distributor, or endorsed installer of any brand except Control4, and we hold no SIRA, ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS, PDPL, DoH, ADAFSA, DCT, or ADCD fire-alarm credentials. We are not a 24/7 SOC operator, and we are not affiliated with Aldar Properties or any Fahid Island operator — no developer endorsement is implied by our work. Our scope concludes at installation, configuration, commissioning, owner handover training, and maintenance; we do not provide guarding, alarm-receiving-centre monitoring, or regulatory attestation.
