We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own; for ADMCC-regulated electronic security work we are ADMCC-approved in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
For mid-market deployments we generally recommend MS SQL Server, which is the documented Pro backend, because of reporting performance, backup tooling and HR-IT familiarity. MySQL is a viable alternative for smaller sites or where licensing favours it. We size the instance, configure backups and document the choice before go-live.
