Pre-migration audit of Microsoft 365, Exchange Server 2016/2019, Zoho Mail, GoDaddy, Rackspace, IMAP or cPanel mailboxes — mailbox sizes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, aliases, calendar resources and forwarding rules documented before any cutover.
Google Workspace tenant provisioning, Cloud Identity user creation, organisational unit structure, group setup, domain verification (TXT/HTML), licence allocation across Business Starter, Standard, Plus, Enterprise Standard or Enterprise Plus per role profile.
Configuration of Google Data Migration Service, Google Workspace Migrate, BitTitan MigrationWiz, CloudM Migrate or ShuttleCloud Migrator — chosen per source platform, mailbox volume, attachment limits and acceptable downtime window.
MX record cutover coordinated with the customer's DNS host, SPF rewrite to include _spf.google.com, DKIM key generation for the Workspace tenant and DMARC policy review — staged to minimise mail-flow gaps during go-live.

Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes and resource calendars migrated to Gmail and Calendar; OneDrive and SharePoint document libraries optionally migrated to Google Drive and Shared Drives via Google Workspace Migrate or CloudM Migrate.
Exchange Server 2016 or 2019 mailboxes migrated using Google Workspace Migrate or BitTitan MigrationWiz — public folders, shared mailboxes, distribution lists and calendar resources mapped to Workspace groups, shared mailboxes and resource calendars.
Mailboxes on Zoho Mail, GoDaddy Microsoft 365 or Workspace email, Rackspace Email and generic IMAP / POP3 hosts migrated via Google Data Migration Service or ShuttleCloud Migrator with per-user app passwords or admin credentials.
MX cutover, Outlook / mobile device re-profiling to Gmail and Google Calendar apps, end-user training on Gmail labels, Calendar resources, Drive sharing and Meet — plus post-cutover support arrangements stated in the written quotation.

Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and 2019 on-premise, Zoho Mail, GoDaddy email (Microsoft 365 or Workspace), Rackspace Email, generic IMAP / POP3 hosts and cPanel mailboxes. Calendars, contacts and shared mailboxes are migrated where the source platform supports it.
Google Data Migration Service (DMS) and Google Workspace Migrate for most Microsoft 365 and Exchange projects; BitTitan MigrationWiz, CloudM Migrate and ShuttleCloud Migrator for larger or more complex Zoho, GoDaddy, Rackspace and IMAP migrations. Yes — OneDrive personal files and SharePoint document libraries can be migrated to Google Drive and Shared Drives using Google Workspace Migrate or CloudM Migrate. Scope, permission mapping and metadata retention are agreed in the pre-migration assessment.
