IP and analogue CCTV systems — fixed domes, PTZ, fisheye and bullet cameras — with NVR/DVR recording, remote viewing and video analytics. Emirtech can install major brands for CCTV installation in Abu Dhabi across retail and industrial sites.

Addressable and conventional fire alarm panels, detectors, manual call points and notification appliances are installed and commissioned by an ADCD-approved fire alarm contractor. Emirtech is not ADCD-approved and does not install fire alarm panels — within an ELV package, we deliver CCTV interlock, access control fail-safe programming and structured cabling to the panel alongside that contractor. Zone-based public address systems for malls, hospitals and schools; voice-evacuation projects are supported alongside your ADCD-approved contractor. Where announcements must trigger automatically on a fire alarm, the ADCD-approved fire alarm contractor configures that trigger link during commissioning.
Cat6, Cat6A and fibre optic cabling forming the backbone of all ELV systems. Emirtech designs, installs and certifies the structured cabling layer as part of the overall ELV package, ensuring all sub-systems share a single, well-documented infrastructure.
Building management systems (BMS) for HVAC, lighting and energy monitoring; smart parking guidance systems; queue management; visitor management kiosks; and master clock distribution — delivering Estidama-supporting building intelligence. Estidama certification itself is awarded by the relevant Abu Dhabi authorities.
Coordinating five or six separate ELV sub-contractors on a single Abu Dhabi project introduces programme risk, interface disputes and commissioning delays. Emirtech removes that complexity by acting as the sole responsible party for the low-current scope it delivers (fire alarm stays with the ADCD-approved contractor) — from cable infrastructure and containment through to final commissioning, integrated testing and handover documentation.
As a contractor with ADMCC approval for security systems, operating from our M44 Mussafah workshop, we maintain direct access to our own technicians and test equipment across Abu Dhabi.
