Emirtech publishes an explicit scope for every Crestron enquiry so clients, consultants and main contractors in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain understand exactly what we install, what we commission and what we coordinate with third-party certified programmers. We do not overstate credentials.
- We deliver: Crestron AV control installation, rack build, structured cabling, NVX network coordination, Crestron Flex UC room deployment, touch panel and keypad fit-out, commissioning, training and as-built documentation across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
- We do not deliver: ground-up SIMPL Windows / SIMPL# Pro programming as a certified entity, Crestron Fusion enterprise monitoring SaaS, factory hardware repair, or programming services we are not certified to sign off independently.

Which Crestron control processors and switchers do you install?
We install Crestron CP4, CP4N and RMC4 control processors for room and whole-building control, and DMPS3 series all-in-one presentation switchers for boardrooms and classrooms. NVX encoder and decoder pairs handle AV-over-IP distribution. All hardware is sourced through authorised UAE distribution to preserve warranty and firmware entitlement.
Do you deploy Crestron Flex video conferencing rooms?
Yes. We deploy Crestron Flex room systems for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, with appropriate camera, ceiling-microphone and touch-console placement. We coordinate UC platform tenancy with the client's IT team and do not act as a Microsoft or Zoom licensing reseller.
Can you supply Crestron Home for a premium villa?
Yes, where the client specifically requests a Crestron Home OS deployment for a premium villa media room, theatre or whole-home AV scheme. Note that Control4 is our only certified premium-residential credential, so for projects without a Crestron mandate we generally recommend a Control4 design served by our Control4 installation through a third-party dealer.
What is your geographic scope and regulator status?
Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are our priority areas, and in Dubai: IT AMC and time attendance by scheduled on-site visits, gate barriers, ANPR, video intercoms and turnstiles by Emirtech itself, and CCTV, alarm and access control through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating; we do not mobilise to Sharjah or the Northern Emirates. Our ADMCC approval covers security systems work only. We do not hold SIRA (Dubai), ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS or PDPL certification, we are not ADCD-certified for fire alarm works, and we do not operate a 24/7 SOC.
