Emirtech Technology (founded 2018) can implement premium face recognition platforms commercially across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain from our base at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi. We are ADMCC-approved for CCTV and security-system works in Abu Dhabi, and our engineers can deploy NEC NeoFace (NeoFace Express, NeoFace Watch, NeoFace Match) and Cognitec FaceVACS (FaceVACS-VideoScan, FaceVACS-Entry, FaceVACS-DBScan for retroactive watchlist searches) for premium-tier deployments where high NIST FRTE (formerly FRVT) 1:N accuracy is genuinely required. Typical commercial scenarios include premium banking customer identification, retail customer-analytics with explicit consent, premium hospitality VIP recognition, and government-adjacent border, customs and large transit hubs where NEC NeoFace is widely used internationally. We want to be transparent about our scope: Emirtech is NOT a NEC Corporation Authorised Partner, NOT a Cognitec Systems GmbH Authorised Partner, NOT an authorised UAE distributor for either platform, and NOT an Idemia or Identix partner. We hold no manufacturer-level credential of our own — for NEC and Cognitec we install and service the products commercially through authorised UAE channels using our own engineers. Face templates are sensitive personal data under UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), so we configure on-device or hardened-server template storage, encrypted transmission (TLS), retention windows aligned with your written policy, and template-deletion workflows. The customer is the data controller, must obtain explicit informed consent prior to enrolment, must post visible signage in monitored areas, and must hold the lawful basis on file — Emirtech delivers the technical controls and is not a PDPL legal advisor. Premium face recognition costs materially more than commercial face recognition; if budget is the primary constraint we will say so up front and propose ZKTeco or Suprema commercial-tier alternatives. Premium platforms are justified where high NIST FRTE (formerly FRVT) 1:N accuracy is operationally required — large gallery sizes, challenging capture conditions, or government-adjacent deployments. For typical office, school or commercial-tower access control with smaller galleries and controlled lighting, ZKTeco or Suprema commercial-tier face recognition is usually sufficient at significantly lower cost. We will say so honestly during scoping rather than upselling premium hardware that the use case does not justify.
Yes. We integrate NeoFace Watch and FaceVACS-VideoScan with Milestone XProtect, Genetec Security Center, Hanwha Wisenet WAVE and several other VMS platforms, and we integrate FaceVACS-Entry and NeoFace Match SDK with access control and turnstile or speed-gate hardware. Integration scope, sizing and acceptance testing are confirmed during the scoping visit and documented in the proposal.
Mainly Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, where we are ADMCC-approved; non-regulated Control4 work in Dubai is taken case by case after an on-site visit, and other IT work in Dubai is IT AMC and time attendance. We do not hold SIRA licensing for Dubai, so any SIRA-regulated NEC or Cognitec work there is delivered through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating; we do not deploy or service those platforms in Sharjah or the Northern Emirates. For projects outside our scope we will tell you so and decline rather than sub-contract.
