- We do not deliver: reselling Cloudflare licences or Enterprise contracts, low-code platform development, 24/7 managed SOC monitoring, SIRA-licensed guarding services, or any work in Sharjah or the Northern Emirates.
- We are not: a Cloudflare Authorised Partner, Cloudflare Reseller, Cloudflare MSP Partner, or Cloudflare-certified training centre — we implement Cloudflare commercially through standard customer accounts.
- We are not affiliated with: Cloudflare Inc., Cloudflare Middle East, authorised Cloudflare partners in UAE, Akamai, Fastly, AWS CloudFront, Azure Front Door, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Zscaler or Netskope.

Is Emirtech a Cloudflare Authorised Partner or Reseller in the UAE?
No. Emirtech is not a Cloudflare Authorised Partner, Cloudflare Reseller, Cloudflare MSP Partner, or Cloudflare-certified entity of any kind. We implement and configure Cloudflare commercially through standard Cloudflare customer accounts that you own, including Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans procured directly from Cloudflare.
Which Cloudflare plan should we choose — Free, Pro, Business or Enterprise?
It depends on traffic, compliance and feature needs. Free covers DNS, CDN, unmetered DDoS mitigation and a basic set of WAF rules. Pro adds fuller WAF managed rulesets and image optimisation. Business adds higher limits, prioritised support and a 100% uptime SLA. Enterprise adds Bot Management, Logpush, account-team support and higher limits, and Zero Trust is licensed separately per user. Plan features change, so we confirm them against Cloudflare's current plan page during scoping.
Can Emirtech migrate our DNS to Cloudflare without downtime?
Yes. We perform DNS migrations by first importing all existing records into Cloudflare, validating them against the current authoritative zone, lowering TTLs in advance, then switching nameservers at the registrar. DNSSEC is enabled after propagation. Email records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are preserved and tested before cutover.
Does Cloudflare WAF replace our existing application firewall?
For many public web applications, Cloudflare WAF with Managed Rules, OWASP Core Rule Set and custom expression rules can provide the primary edge defence, which may remove the need for a separate cloud WAF. On-premise WAFs may still apply for internal apps. We assess overlap during the engagement and document any complementary controls.
Can Emirtech deploy Cloudflare Zero Trust (Access, Gateway, WARP) for our staff?
Yes. We deploy Cloudflare Zero Trust including Access policies for ZTNA-style app gating with your existing identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta), Gateway for DNS and HTTP filtering, CASB for SaaS posture, Browser Isolation, and WARP client rollout to Windows, macOS, iOS and Android endpoints.
