We deliver field installation, IOS XE configuration, stacking, VLAN/trunk design and rack-and-stack across the Cisco Catalyst portfolio. Access-layer work covers Catalyst 9200 series for SMB and enterprise wiring closets with StackWise-160/StackWise-80 stacking, and Catalyst 9300 series premium access with mGig 2.5/5/10Gbps copper ports, Cisco UPOE+ (90W per port) for high-density wireless APs and IP cameras, and StackWise-1T. Core and distribution work covers Catalyst 9400 series modular chassis (4-slot, 7-slot and 10-slot) with redundant supervisors, Catalyst 9500 series fixed core/aggregation switches with 10/25/40/100Gbps uplinks, and Catalyst 9600 series chassis-based core platforms supporting 100/400Gbps line cards. We configure Cisco IOS XE features including SVIs, OSPF/BGP, HSRP/VRRP, QoS, ACLs, port security, 802.1X and SD-Access fabric edges where customer licensing supports it. We do not provide TAC-level escalation, Cisco software bug fixes or 24/7 Cisco-funded support — those remain with Cisco TAC under the customer's Smart Net Total Care contract. Our scope is physical installation, IOS XE configuration, documentation and handover across Abu Dhabi mainland, Mussafah, Khalifa Industrial Zone (KIZAD), Yas Island, Saadiyat and Al Ain.

Configuration and integration scope
Hostname, management VLAN, SSH/AAA/TACACS+, SNMPv3, NTP, syslog, banner, password recovery and licence activation against the customer's Cisco Smart Account. Configuration backed up and version-controlled per switch stack.
VLAN/VTP, 802.1Q trunks, EtherChannel/LACP, Rapid-PVST+ or MST spanning tree, SVIs, OSPF/EIGRP/BGP routing, HSRP/VRRP gateway redundancy and route-summarisation across access, distribution and core layers.
Port security MAC limits, 802.1X dot1x with RADIUS/ISE, DHCP snooping, dynamic ARP inspection, IP source guard, control-plane policing, storm control and management-plane ACLs. We do not deliver ISE policy design as a standalone consultancy.
Catalyst Center (Cisco DNA Center) device onboarding, inventory sync, software image management and basic assurance telemetry — where the customer has procured DNA Advantage or Premier licences. We do not resell DNA Center licences.
Cisco Catalyst installation crosses several Cisco product families, software stacks, licensing models and partner programmes. To keep customer expectations aligned with what we can honestly deliver, this is the explicit scope.

We install and configure Cisco Catalyst switches procured through the customer's chosen authorised Cisco distributor in the UAE. Cisco TAC escalation and Smart Net Total Care remain with Cisco under the customer's support contract.
Catalyst 9200 series (access), Catalyst 9300 series with mGig and UPOE+ (premium access), Catalyst 9400 series modular chassis (distribution), Catalyst 9500 series (fixed core/aggregation with 10/25/40/100Gbps), and Catalyst 9600 series chassis-based core (100/400Gbps). All on Cisco IOS XE.
No. We do not resell DNA Advantage, DNA Premier or Catalyst Center licences. The customer or their Cisco distributor procures all licences against the customer's Cisco Smart Account. We onboard the switches into the customer-licensed Catalyst Center and perform basic assurance and software-image-management configuration.
No. This page covers Cisco Catalyst (IOS XE) only. We are not a Cisco Meraki specialist and we do not deliver Meraki MS cloud-managed switch deployments, dashboard policy design or Meraki licensing as a standalone practice.
