Emirtech Technology is a public-address contractor and ADMCC-approved installer for security systems founded in 2018, operating from M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, delivering Bosch Plena and Praesensa public address installation across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. On the Plena side we design, install, programme and service the Bosch Plena PLE series mixer-amplifier family — including PLE-1MA060, PLE-1MA120 and PLE-1MA240 single-zone mixer-amplifiers and the PLE-1ME060, PLE-1ME120 and PLE-1ME240 mixer-amplifier variants — along with the Plena Easy Line PLE-VM series voice-evacuation-capable mixer-amplifier, PRS-NCO3 zoned-paging controllers and PSP-D00060, PSP-D00100 and PSP-D00240 power amplifiers. On the IP side we deploy Bosch Praesensa next-generation IP-networked PA with PRA-AD108 and PRA-AD604 amplifiers, PRA-CSE Call Station Extension, PRA-CS Call Station Console, PRA-ANC Ambient Noise Sensor, plus matched Bosch ceiling speakers LBC 3950 and LBC 3951, wall speakers LB6 and LB7, and LC2 line array loudspeakers. We size 100V line-feed circuits, calculate speaker tap settings, programme zone matrices, configure ambient-noise compensation and commission end-of-line monitoring where the Plena PLE-VM and Praesensa platforms support it. Honest positioning: we install Bosch Plena and Praesensa equipment commercially through authorised UAE channels with field experience — we are NOT a Bosch Solution Partner, Authorised Distributor, Channel Partner, Master Dealer or Premier partner of Robert Bosch GmbH or Bosch Building Technologies. Critical ADCD note: where the Plena PLE-VM or Praesensa systems are required to act as a fully certified voice-evacuation (fire-alarm voice-alarm) system interlocked with the building fire-alarm panel, that scope is ADCD-regulated and must be delivered by an ADCD-approved fire-alarm contractor — we deliver the standalone PA installation and coordinate the interlock handoff. Why Abu Dhabi clients pick Bosch Plena & Praesensa
Plena PLE-VM and Praesensa are designed with voice-evacuation features such as emergency-message storage, line supervision and battery-charger interfacing — we install the PA hardware standalone; certified fire-alarm interlock is delivered by a separate ADCD-approved contractor.
Praesensa rides on OMNEO IP transport with redundant power, hot-standby amplifier channels and centralised supervision, suiting multi-storey Mussafah, Khalifa City, Yas and Reem Island sites where rack rooms are physically separated.
Matched Bosch LBC 3950 and LBC 3951 ceiling speakers, LB6 and LB7 wall speakers and LC2 line array column loudspeakers deliver clear speech intelligibility across offices, warehouses, malls and public concourses.
We procure Plena and Praesensa hardware through authorised UAE distribution channels with traceable supply, project-stage delivery and standard manufacturer warranty — without claiming Bosch Solution Partner or Authorised Distributor status we do not hold.
Premium PA platforms like Bosch Plena and Praesensa attract over-claiming in the UAE market. We keep our scope tight and honest so consultants, FM managers and main contractors know exactly what they are buying before the LPO is raised.
If the BoQ requires a Bosch Solution Partner stamp, an ADCD voice-evacuation certificate or a SIRA permit, that is not our scope — say so up front and we will tell you whether we can still deliver the standalone PA layer alongside your nominated specialist contractor.

Yes. Our priority areas are Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. We mobilise crews from M44, Mussafah Industrial Area to Abu Dhabi Island, Yas, Saadiyat, Reem, Khalifa City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, ICAD, KIZAD and Al Ain. In Dubai: IT AMC and time attendance by scheduled on-site visits, gate barriers, ANPR, video intercoms and turnstiles by Emirtech itself, and CCTV, alarm and access control through SIRA-approved partners, with Emirtech coordinating where no fire-alarm voice-evacuation interlock is involved; we do not work in Sharjah or the Northern Emirates.
In many phased upgrades yes. Praesensa OMNEO amplifiers can be introduced into a building previously served by Plena PLE mixer-amplifiers, with call stations and zones migrated room-by-room. We map the existing 100V line topology, identify reusable cabling and propose a transition plan that keeps paging available during the changeover.
