For Bitdefender GravityZone we are a UAE installation and configuration contractor, sourcing licences exclusively through authorised Bitdefender distribution in the UAE. We deliberately do not claim partner status we do not hold.
For pure SMB workloads under around 100 endpoints with no internal SOC, GravityZone Business Security covers core prevention. Once a client wants EDR — root-cause analysis, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, investigation timelines — Business Security Premium is the right tier. Business Security Enterprise (XDR) suits mid-market clients with cross-source sensors and optional Bitdefender MDR consumed directly from the vendor.
Yes. GravityZone is available as a cloud-hosted Control Center managed by Bitdefender, or as an on-premise virtual appliance on VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Nutanix AHV or KVM. We configure either model — clients wanting local data residency typically choose on-premise; clients wanting zero infrastructure choose cloud. Both are configured during initial scoping before any endpoint rollout.
No. Emirtech does not operate a 24/7 Security Operations Centre and does not provide round-the-clock monitoring of GravityZone EDR or XDR alerts. Clients requiring 24/7 managed detection and response can subscribe to Bitdefender MDR directly through authorised UAE channels — we configure the integration and tenant onboarding but the MDR service itself is delivered by Bitdefender, not by Emirtech.
