Asharej is the established Al Ain district in the immediate vicinity of UAE University (UAEU) — a settled residential quarter of professional and faculty villas, blocks of private student accommodation, and the cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and study-services premises that serve a year-round academic population. Emirtech Technology serves the private properties and businesses of Asharej — not UAEU itself, which runs its own enterprise IT through specialist higher-education vendors. As a security and IT integrator (ADMCC-approved for security systems) and Control4 installer working from Mussafah M44 since 2018, our remit here is deliberately precise. For villa owners and faculty residences we deliver discreet, considered CCTV, refined Control4 smart home, full-coverage Wi-Fi and intercom. For the operators of private student housing we engineer resilient, high-density Wi-Fi built to absorb hundreds of concurrent devices, with metered VLAN segmentation and managed access. For the supporting SMBs — tutoring centres, retail, F&B — we provide ADMCC-approved CCTV, business biometric attendance, POS networking, Microsoft 365 with MFA, EDR and structured cabling, all under a single point of accountability. Every installation is finished with a meticulous, low-profile hand: cable routes concealed, mounts chosen to suit the property, documentation handed over in full. We state our position plainly: Emirtech is not a UAEU administration entity, a Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) body or a Ministry of Higher Education department, and we hold no academic or accreditation authority — our work is the commercial security and IT serving Asharej's private homes and businesses. For broader Al Ain coverage, this page pairs with our Al Ain catchment IT page. Al Ain — the Garden City, roughly 130km east of Abu Dhabi city near the Oman border — is served from Mussafah with scheduled site visits and enquiries answered the same working day. Our remit across the Asharej UAE University area is defined precisely, in keeping with how we work everywhere in Al Ain:
Emirtech is an independent integrator (ADMCC-approved for security systems) and Control4 installer. In Asharej our work is the considered, discreet security and IT serving private residences, student accommodation and local businesses — never the University itself.
