Al Reef sits along the E11 / Abu Dhabi-Dubai corridor from Mussafah M44, and our engineers cover site survey, cable pull, rack build and snagging from there; warranty and workmanship terms are stated in the written quotation. IP camera systems for Al Reef villas and Downtown apartments — entry doors, garden perimeters, pool sight-lines and driveways. Privacy masking on neighbour boundaries, on-NVR recording, mobile viewing and ADMCC-aligned external placement reviewed against community by-laws.
Control4 installer programming for Al Reef villas — lighting scenes, AC zoning, motorised curtains, audio and security on one Control4 remote or wall keypad. Phased rollouts so families can start with lighting and add rooms later.

No. SIRA is a Dubai regulator and does not cover Abu Dhabi residential work, so SIRA approval is not the relevant licence for Al Reef — the relevant Abu Dhabi credential is ADMCC approval, which we hold. We are also not ADCD fire-alarm certified, not NESA / ADHICS certified, not ISO 27001 certified and not PDPL-certified.
Yes. Al Reef village plots sit close to neighbours so we treat external camera placement carefully. We position cameras to cover your plot, mask neighbouring windows and gardens using on-camera privacy zones, and walk the route with you before drilling. If a community by-law restricts certain mounting, we adjust the design rather than push back.
Yes — phasing the work is straightforward. A typical phasing is structured cabling and Wi-Fi first (because it is harder to add later), then CCTV, then Control4 lighting scenes, then home cinema or biometric access. Each phase is its own itemised written scope and we keep as-built drawings updated so future phases land cleanly.
