Founded in 2018 and headquartered at M44, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, we design, install and maintain villa CCTV at gates, driveways, garages and garden returns; discreet access control with card, PIN or biometric readers at pedestrian gates and entrances; refined video intercom (commonly FERMAX and Comelit) so residents verify a caller before releasing the strike; reception and corridor CCTV with visitor management for Al Rahba schools; clinic access control and waiting-area cameras for medical premises; and biometric attendance for compound staff and tenanted offices. Hardware is selected with deliberate restraint — ZKTeco for access readers and controllers, Hikvision and Dahua for cameras and recorders — with Control4 reserved for premium Al Rahba residences whose owners want lighting, audio, climate and security curated under one elegant interface (we are an Control4 installer; we hold no manufacturer credential of our own). We install and configure these brands through authorised UAE distribution channels, yet we are not a Channel Partner, Authorised Distributor or factory representative of any of them except Control4. Our clinic work is the electronic-security and IT layer only — cameras, access control and cabling — and we are not DoH-licensed and not a healthcare provider; our school work is delivered in an ADEK-aligned manner but we are not ADEK-approved. Our remit is the Abu Dhabi Emirate for ADMCC-regulated work: we do not hold SIRA (Dubai) registration, ISO 27001, NESA, ADHICS, PDPL, DoH, ADAFSA, DCT, ADCD fire-alarm certification, and we do not operate a 24/7 SOC.
