Adobe Experience Cloud is a suite of marketing and digital-experience products including Adobe Analytics (web analytics), Adobe Target (personalisation and A/B testing), Adobe Audience Manager (DMP — Data Management Platform), Adobe Marketo Engage (B2B marketing automation), Adobe Campaign (cross-channel campaign management), Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento — e-commerce), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (content management, sites, assets and forms) and Adobe Real-Time CDP (customer data platform). Configuration, content modelling, AEM template development, Marketo nurture programmes, Target audience setup, Analytics implementation, custom Commerce build and integration with Adobe Real-Time CDP are best delivered by an Adobe Solution Partner (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum tier). Emirtech is not an Adobe Solution Partner, has no Adobe certification, and does not deliver Adobe Experience Cloud configuration, AEM development, Marketo programme build, Analytics implementation, Target personalisation, Commerce site build or Real-Time CDP customer-data modelling. Where Emirtech adds value
Microsoft Entra ID SSO and Active Directory provisioning so your Adobe Admin Console marketing users sign in with corporate credentials. We do not configure Adobe products, AEM groups or Marketo roles inside the platforms.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS records for sender domains used by Adobe Marketo Engage and Adobe Campaign so transactional and marketing email reaches recipients. Programme build, segmentation and nurture flows remain with your Adobe Solution Partner.
Windows and macOS device hardening, browser policy and patch baselines for marketing operations staff who use Adobe Experience Cloud day to day. We do not author AEM content, Target audiences or Analytics dashboards.

What we explicitly do not deliver
We do not develop Adobe Experience Manager templates, components, workflows or Commerce (Magento) storefronts. AEM Sites, Assets and Forms configuration and Commerce custom development belong with your Adobe Solution Partner.
We do not author Marketo Engage nurture programmes, smart lists, scoring models, Campaign workflows or cross-channel journeys. B2B marketing automation and campaign management belong with an authorised Adobe partner.
We do not implement Adobe Analytics tracking, build calculated metrics, define eVars and props, configure Adobe Target activities, audiences or personalisation rules. Analytics implementation and Target setup belong with an Adobe Solution Partner.
We do not model customer data in Adobe Real-Time CDP, define audience segments, configure data sources, destinations or trait rules in Adobe Audience Manager. Customer data platform work belongs with an authorised Adobe partner.
Adobe Experience Cloud is a suite of marketing and digital-experience platforms. Real implementation — Analytics tracking, Target personalisation, Marketo programmes, AEM development, Commerce storefronts, Campaign workflows and Real-Time CDP modelling — is platform work that belongs with an authorised Adobe Solution Partner. Emirtech is honest about where our scope ends.
If a sales conversation suggests a single supplier can deliver both Adobe Experience Cloud platform work and underlying infrastructure, ask for evidence of Adobe Solution Partner status. Emirtech will tell you plainly that we are not such a partner — and recommend you keep both scopes separate and properly credentialled.

Our credentials are ADMCC approval and Control4 installation through a third-party dealer. Adobe Experience Cloud platform implementation belongs with an authorised Adobe Solution Partner.

Emirtech delivers the identity layer (Microsoft Entra ID SSO for the AEM Admin Console) and endpoint hardening for AEM author users — not the AEM build itself.
No. Adobe Marketo Engage programme design, smart lists, scoring models, lifecycle stages and integration with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics belong with an Adobe Solution Partner. We deliver the SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS records that allow Marketo sender domains to deliver email, plus Microsoft 365 mailbox aliases for lead sources.
